By purchasing this license, you may obtain whitelisting (be able to monetize) one (1) video on YouTube. By purchasing this license, you agree to our terms below:

RULES OF USAGE (when purchasing a license or using without license):

1. Credit must always be given, as mentioned below.
2. No downloads are to be offered, under any circumstances.
3. No commercial use in the form of re-selling.
4. Only 1 track (audio) per video may be used.
5. No uploads on Soundcloud, Spotify, Apple Music or any other music streaming platform under any circumstances.
Accepted channels: Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok.
6. You can NOT upload our original video, you must make your own original video using our music/speech.
7. You can not use our thumbnails / images within our video on your published video.
8. You can not illegally download our tracks directly from our YouTube channel, you must download the official audio from a music platform.
9. You can not, under any circumstances use our name or likeness of our brand name and brand names or trademarks or logos/images for your channel or social media name accounts. (You can not impersonate Fearless Motivation to get more likes or business)
10. We do not allow use for the following purposes:
Pornography, any divisive Political, divisive Religious, Hate campaigns or divisive Racial video productions, anything that depicts the killing or mistreatment of human beings OR animals.
11. Agreement does not include partner interviews that appear on our YouTube channel, only Fearless Motivation speeches and music. (Only content available on music platforms). There may be some exclusions.
12. We do NOT allow our speeches, or vocal files to be removed from the background music under any circumstances. Our audios can only be used EXACTLY as they appear on music platforms, which is with our background music attached.

– IMPORTANT: The license fee covers your right to MONETIZE one audio track, not the downloads, you must download the track from the music platforms.  
What does the license do?
If you are uploading a video to YouTube WITHOUT a license – our publisher will monetize your video, and you will not be able to.
If you purchase a license YOU can monetize your video, and we can not.

Credit must be given, and should always contain the track name you have used and the below information – within the description of the video.

You will risk a copyright strike if republishing our audios with background music removed or editing in any unauthorised way.
13. Agreement only applies to the content available at time of purchase. (Not future content) Recurring license is available.

– IMPORTANT: The license fee covers your right to MONETIZE our audio tracks, it does not give you access to the downloads, you must download the tracks from the music platforms – or purchase the recurring license below in addition to full channel license.

***IMPORTANT***
YouTube is becoming stricter with NEW CHANNELS and original content. If you have a new channel that has not yet monetized in some way (through Adsense or other MCN) you must ensure your videos are original and comply with YouTube terms. This absolutely means your VISUAL edit is original, but it would be helpful if the audio was different in some way to our audio on YouTube. Anything. Additional music, intro/outro music, another speech (from another person at the start or end. We can not refund any whitelisted channel because are unable to get monetization with Adsense or any other provider. Get monetized FIRST before you buy a licence. 
There are NO REFUNDS after a channel is whitelisted. For any reason, including if you violate YouTube terms of service and have your channel banned. By purchasing a channel license, you agree to our terms and conditions and agree the fee is non-refundable.
