Born and raised in Malaysia, Kai Wen is a former basketball hopeful, after several injuries halted his basketball progress, Kai Wen turned to weight training with hopes of one day becoming a part of the professional bodybuilding industry.
Using his strength as an asset, Kai is also a successful competitor in the sport of shot put.
