Team Fearless, please don’t be like everyone else these days in trying to make “puke sexy.” It’s not, especially early in the morning…some of us have weak stomachs.

I hope to continue watching your videos without having to cringe. Because just like a full length movie these days, one never knows when one of these grotesque scenes will pop up.

If I may help answer your question, I would suggest finding a way to motivate yourself to find out how to start. The “when” part is easy. Start now! As soon as you read this reply. This is the universe telling you that there’s no more time to waste; that if you want to motivate others, you have to be able to motivate yourself.

Given all that, perhaps start with a basic psychology class and a book on the psychology of motivation – learning the difference between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. A degree in psychology may be a good bet. Or even becoming a life coach may be good place to start. A more immediate starting point is to read and thoroughly digest, and I do mean thoroughly, the book “Mastery” by Robert Greene. I can’t recommend this book enough. It helped me to finally get off my ass. jettison hopes and wishes, and do what I’ve always been destined to do… Make 2018 the year where your determination (intention) becomes action! Good luck!
