Like building a house, building courage is a gradual process. You have to lay one brick at a time, and soon enough you will have a wall. For example, the best way to build courage as a writer is to write every day. Even if it is for 30 minutes, you’ll soon find your skills improving and over time you’ll have more courage to share your work with others. This rings true no matter what it is that that you want to do.
Keep in mind that as soon as you start moving in the direction of what you want to achieve, your energy will start changing, and that’s ultimately how you build momentum and courage to do what you love which will bring you closer to your goals.
