I had average count of +30k steps and still felt amazing and energized.

But

Once you make an exception, and eat unhealthy foods void of good nutrition too many days in a row...the energy falls down like crazy, you get constant urges and binge eating is not far away!

I just re-started an temporary OMAD Program for building up my self-discipline and therefore many of your #KickAssMotivationalTracks help me out for starting strong with this commitment!]]></description>
