Thoughts that never end. Buried by anxiety. Stress always round the bend.

I have to correct my mind. Have to work on myself. Build that mental strength. Build my mind! My life. Nothing is more important.

NEGATIVITY: I’M GONNA BURY YOU!
WEAKNESS: I’M GONNA BURY YOU!
EXCUSES: I’M GONNA BURY YOU!
BLAMING! IM GONNA BURY YOU!

NEGATIVITY. WEAKNESS. EXCUSES. BLAMING: I’m gonna bury you!!!

Today I rise from the grave of disappointment AND RISE HIGH. I WILL DIG MY WAY OUT OF HELL AND FIGHT FOR MY HEAVEN! I WILL DIG MY WAY OUT OF THE DARKNESS UNTIL I FIND MY LIGHT!

DIG MY WAY OUT OF THE WEAKNESS UNTIL I REALIZE MY STRENGTH!
DIG MY WAY OUT OF DEFEAT  UNTIL I FIND THE CHAMPION THAT LIVES WITHIN!

NO LONGER WILL I BLAME OTHERS!
NO LONGER WILL I BLAME CIRCUMSTANCES AND EVENTS!
NO LONGER WILL I ACCEPT AN AVERAGE LIFE!!

I ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY
I ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE!
AND I VOW TO WORK!
WORK UNTIL I FIND MY SOLUTIONS!
WORK UNTIL I FIND MY WAY.

Whatever it takes. However long it takes. I am committed.

I WILL BURY MY DISAPPOINTMENT ONCE AND FOR ALL   AND DIG AND DIG UNTIL I AM LIVING THE LIFE I AM PROUD TO LIVE.  MY LIFE. MY PRIDE.

Sometimes you have to fight. Fight your way out of the darkness.   Refuse to be buried by life.  Refuse to be buried by your problems.  You are MORE than this.

Fight your way out of that hole.   Get out, and then bury your problems. Bury them for good.
