Writing in my journal has saved, forged, expanded my growth has a combat veteran with PTSD. It’s kept me from committing what I call “22”. 22 meaning is a term used saying that a veteran commits suicide every 22 seconds. That’s why the word S_ _ _ _ _ de isn’t in my vocabulary.
