I hear some people saying things like: 
“When I make it”
, “When I get to the top”…

 “I’ll keep working hard until I get to the top”, 
“Until I reach my goal”

. Let me tell you something:
 There is no “END”! WINNERS NEVER STOP.

If you reach your GOAL: SET A BIGGER GOAL.
If you get to the top of the mountain: Find a bigger mountain!

It’s the journey. The continued pursuit of growth. The constant seeking of improvement. 
THE CHALLENGE.

That’s what makes life great. That’s what makes a fulfilled life.

I didn’t come this far to only come this far! When I get this GOAL: I’ll seek MORE. 
Not more things. MORE GROWTH. Constantly pushing myself to be better.

I didn’t come this far to only come this far! I came this far so I could be strong enough to go further! So I would be good enough to push myself harder!

 I’m only getting started.
 This is just the beginning.

It’s the journey. The process, that makes the greatness.

There’s a popular quote going round at the moment:

The person you will be in 5 years is based on the books you read and the people you hang around with today.

This is quite true, but it applies to everything else as well.

The person you will be in the future is based on EVERYTHING you do today.

The people you hang around with, but more so the people you LISTEN to. The opinions you BELIEVE.

The books you read or the videos you watch – all the information you take in – positive or negative will effect your future.

The workouts you do or don’t do – that will show in your future.

The foods you eat today will effect your future on a visual and energy level.

The same is true with your THOUGHTS and INFORMATION. What you FEED your mind will SHAPE YOUR FUTURE.

If all you do is take in garbage, guess what your future is going to be made up of?

Commit to feed your mind with successful thoughts, and surround yourself with those who have the same ambition. It doesn’t matter where your information comes from – you may read, you may get it from podcasts or videos – it doesn’t matter, just make sure you keep feeding your mind every day.

Your FUTURE SELF is begging you to show some discipline.
Your future self is begging you to not be like the rest.
To learn more than the rest.
To work harder and smarter than the rest.
Your future self is begging you to do the work now, so you can enjoy later!

IF YOU DON’T FEED YOUR MIND WITH SUCCESS
IT WILL ROT WITH MEDIOCRITY

What you do every day will dictate your future.
What you want out of life, you must put in.
If you want success, put it in there.
If you want health and fitness – put it in.

If you want to achieve anything in life you need to get CERTAIN you will achieve it.
You MUST BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!

Beliefs control your RESULTS because you will NEVER TAKE ACTION towards something you don’t BELIEVE IS POSSIBLE!
You can have all the education in the world,
It doesn’t matter!
IF YOU DON’T BELIEVE YOU CAN DO IT:
YOU WILL NEVER GET IT!

Do you think JORDAN could have become the greatest if he didn’t BELIEVE in himself? Not a chance.
He would have quit when things got hard. He would have quit when he was cut from his high school basketball team.

Do you think Serena would be the greatest female tennis player in history without BELIEF?. Not a chance.

These great athletes, great entrepreneurs, great human beings are GREAT because they BELIEVE IN THEMSELVES

You can’t just go off logic. The greatest achievements in this world DEFY LOGIC! They are BORN FROM BELIEF!!!
The greatest achievements DID NOT come from someone who saw what was possible and didn’t dare attempt better.

 The greatest achievements came from those who see what is possible BUT STILL BELIEVE they can achieve something IMPOSSIBLE.

There’s a few elements here.

The first is that you should always work hard and give your best.

It doesn’t matter what you’re doing in life, if you always give your best, you will get much better results than if you don’t.

Giving 100% in everything you do ALWAYS leads you to greater things in life.

The workers who go above and beyond in this world are almost always rewarded with better positions or pay rises.

Those who train harder, study harder and give more of themselves will always get more out of their life than those who take it easy, that’s just common sense.

So give your best, give everything you have to get your best possible result, if it doesn’t work out at least you will have the pride of knowing you gave it your best shot. 

At worst you will have also learned as much as you can along the way, and those who are committed to learn more in life will almost always be the same people who earn more and become more.

Second thing I have to say is – your young, far too young to stress out. Leave that crap for later in life, when you have kids and bills to pay. For now, just do your best, work hard and see what happens.

Your path will reveal itself in time. When you really know what you want to do with your life, when you find something you must do, that is when you must lock in and say THIS IS IT
that is when you tell yourself IM ALL IN.

One failed test doesn’t mean jack in the real world.

Do you know how many successful people failed tests in school?
Every one of them.
It’s normal.

But guess what? Those successful people didn’t give up, and THAT IS THE KEY.
 They kept working on becoming BETTER THEMSELVES
. Better in everything they do.

When you get out on the field of life, no one wants the guy who passed every test, they want the guy who was willing to fight for his dream, the one who had the character to fight back after failing – that guy is much more valuable in the real world that someone with book knowledge.

So work on yourself.
Work on your education, yes, but work on yourself just as much.
Build some mental strength – it’s much more important than passing a test.

You can not win in life, if you’re losing in your mind.
If your mind is strong, then your LIFE will be strong.

You find your passion not from WHAT you do, but WHY you do what you do.
Your motivation isn’t going to come from WHAT you do.
Your motivation will come from WHY you must do what you do.

It’s great to have goals. It’s important to have goals. If you want to succeed at any level it is ESSENTIAL you set goals.
But why is it some achieve their goals no matter how big, but some never achieve their goals no matter how small?

Tell me why is it that some dive deep, head-first into chasing their goals, but others seem to be stuck, always procrastinating, never taking action towards their goals?

Those who achieve their goals have a powerful REASON WHY
they MUST achieve their goals. Those that fail, don’t.
They don’t have a powerful reason and when you don’t have a reason why you must do something you aren’t really likely to follow through.
 Are you?

Because there are no real consequences to failure.
It’s ok to go back to average.

What is you reason?
Why is that a MUST?
What are the consequences if you do not follow through with this?
What is your life going to look like if you fail?
What will it look like when you succeed?
Hold that vision in your mind.
YOU, after you have achieved this goal.
What will it change in your life?
How will it improve your CHARACTER? Your RELATIONSHIPS? Your FINANCES? Your LIFE?

Your reason might be linked to a negative or a positive outcome.
“If i do this how will it enhance my life?”
“What will improve?”
“Who will it help?”
or: “If i don’t do this, what will it cost me?”
“How will I suffer?”
“Who else will suffer if I don’t follow through?”

Your WHY must be something that makes you MOVE! 
It is the most powerful reason in your life!
Why must you succeed?
Why must you change?
Why must you take action RIGHT NOW?
Is it for your family?
Is it for their future?
Is it to inspire someone you love? So they will be lifted by your example?

What is your WHY?

If you make excuses or procrastinate against doing something it can only mean your reason for doing it is not powerful or meaningful enough.
If it was life or death you wouldn’t procrastinate. You just do whatever it takes to make it happen.

So find your REAL reason why you want this so bad.
Why do you want this goal?
Why must you have it?
If you find it, write it down and read it everyday.
THIS is your fuel. The fuel that will drive your success train 
right to your dream life.

Most people are chasing the money.
But the money will always run faster.
You go and chase your Why.
You live your WHY and let the money chase you.
The only way you can be great is to live your purpose.
The only way to live your purpose is to find your REASON WHY.
That’s all you need to achieve anything in life.
A powerful REASON.
What is it for you?

If your reason is powerful enough you won’t NEED any extra motivation.
Your reason is motivation enough.
Think about it right now:
Why is it important you succeed?
Why?

Motivation will get your going.
Your goals will keep your going.
Your purpose will DRIVE YOU HOME.

And if your WHY doesn’t make you cry
then that is NOT your WHY.

When you feel like quitting think about why you started.
What was the REASON?
What are you doing it all for?
Finding your reason why is essential if you want to achieve success.
If you don’t have a strong reason behind your actions,
your actions are less likely to create quality results.
If you DO have a strong WHY you have all the fuel you need to drive you forward… 
to success.
What’s your WHY?

The question is not who, what, where or how, but WHY.
Because those that fail to capture a purpose or a reason for their life
very seldom even try.

They typically settle for a life of mediocrity.
But winners like us make it a point to understand the ideology of the WHY.
So what IS your why?
What is that that ignites the flames in your soul and pushes you the belief that there are NO limitations.
Not even the sky.

Is it because they said you were destined to become a loser.
Is it because someone said you had no chance for a bright future.
It’s because you want to take care of your mama.
Is it because the majority of life has been filled with nothing but
drama and you’re sick of it.
Or maybe it’s your handsome baby boy or your beautiful baby girl.

I promise if you figure out your purpose, your reason, your WHY you CAN and WILL conquer the world.
Because the power of purpose will give you the strength to push yourself harder then you ever could even imagine.
It wakes you up early.
It keeps you up late.
It gives you the inner strength to grind and keep taking action.

So I implore you, yes YOU.
Dig deep and figure out your reason for breathing.

Because that’s solid inspiration and motivation that is needed for you to start achieving, believing and reaching heights that you would otherwise never aspire to.

So whether it’s your past, your present, your future…
I don’t really care.
You just need something to inspire you
To get back up after live delivers a series of body blows followed by a vicious right hook.

Because it’s not if but WHEN it happens, that’s the moment when YOUR WHY has to be its strongest
it has to be there to refuel your adrenaline and remind you that if you can LOOK UP you can GET UP.
Because YOU need you.
Because they need you.
Because we need you.
So please figure out your purpose.
Figure out your reason.
And when your energy
is running low
let the nutrition of your WHY feed you.

I refuse to settle for an average life.
I refuse to conform to what others want from me,
others’ belief of what I should do with my life.

I refuse to be a slave to the system.
I refuse to believe in impossible,
because I know anything is possible.

I refuse to stop working on myself.
I will never stop learning.
Never stop growing and pushing the limits.
I refuse to give in, full stop.

My character will not allow me to quit.
I refuse to stop believing in myself
even when no one else does.
I will not stop believing there is better than this.

I know there is more to life than this.
I refuse to stop searching for better,
searching for solutions.
I refuse to stop growing,
becoming a better version of myself.
I refuse to be brought down to the level of the haters and the naysayers,
because I know if they knew any better, they would do better.

I refuse to follow others.
I walk my own path,
even if that path is not as popular with the majority.

I refuse to stop believing in miracles.
And I intend to create a few today.

I will not accept whatever comes my way.
I will go out and hunt for what is mine.
I refuse to settle for average.
It might be ok for others, but it’s not ok for me.
It’s not ok for me!

I refuse to be unhappy with my life.
I choose to be grateful.
I choose to be blessed.
I refuse to settle for anything but the best
in every area of my life.
That’s what I deserve.
That’s what I will get.

I’ve always wanted more from life.
Not more things. Not more money.
More juice, more life, more quality.
I’ve always wanted to live at the highest level.
The very peak of my capability
and because I’m always getting better myself,
that bar is always rising,
because I’m always growing.

My expectations are growing.
My goals are growing.
My results are growing. I AM growing.
I would not accept limits. Limits are there to be pushed.
I will not listen to the doubters.

I will not listen to the naysayers.
I will not take on their limits.
When no one thinks you can:
 That’s when you have to!

I refuse to be ordinary.
I will never settle for anything less than legendary.
What’s possible can only be known
by those who refuse to believe in impossible.

I refuse to believe in impossible, because I know anything is possible!

They’re no where to be seen.

They say they’re going to be the greatest ever.
But their work ethic shows average effort.
They say they’re going to be rich or famous.
But their habits are of the poor and ordinary.

TALKING IS NOT ENOUGH.
YOU MUST ‘DO’!

TALKING IS NOT ENOUGH
YOU MUST PUT IN THE WORK!

You must develop the habit of following through with your word.
When you say you’re going to do something
YOU DO IT.

It’s called INTEGRITY!

When you honor your WORD you build PRIDE for yourself and RESPECT from others!

When you don’t:
When you talk and talk and never walk:
You lose PRIDE and you LOSE RESPECT

Repeat to yourself every day:

IF I say I’m going to do something:
I DO IT!

You will get knocked down many times chasing your dreams, you will feel like you don’t have the energy to get back up. You don’t have the STRENGTH to get back up. You will feel like giving up is the only option.

When you’re hit, when you’ve been knocked down by life that’s when it’s time to hit back!
THAT’S WHEN IT’S TIME TO HIT BACK!

Many people get hit by life but they NEVER hit back!

Are you going to stay down or are you going to decide to GET BACK UP!?
It takes COURAGE. It takes CONFIDENCE. 
It takes A STRONG MINDSET TO GET BACK UP WHEN NOBODY BELIEVES IN YOU!

There’s a lion inside all of us, 
but some people decide to NEVER let that lion out!
Many people keep that lion locked in its cage.
ARE YOU HUNGRY FOR THAT DREAM?
 ARE YOU WILLING TO FIGHT FOR THAT DREAM?

Let the LION OUT.

 NO ONE will hunt for you.
NO ONE WILL SUPPORT YOUR DREAM BUT YOU.

There’s a quote that goes: “Everyone wants to eat but few are willing to hunt”
EVERYONE want’s to succeed, but few are willing to put in the WORK required!

STOP limiting yourself, YOU CAN MAKE YOUR DREAM INTO A REALITY!
But it will ONLY take one person to believe that it’s possible, it will ONLY take one person to put in the work.
….That person is YOU!

There’s plenty of humans before you who have accomplished big things, who are LIVING their DREAM life!
They’ve done it. That is PROOF you can too.
It is proof that YOU can live your dream if you REALLY want it!

YOU are the most dangerous enemy to your dreams because ONLY YOU decide when to quit and give up on your dreams.
ONLY YOU decide when to KILL these dreams.

You’re more POWERFUL than you even know! YOU CAN CHANGE THE WORLD with your dream. But it only requires you to get out of your comfort zone and unleash your inner lion!
It requires you to let that lion out its cage, IT REQUIRES YOU TO CHASE YOUR DREAMS NO MATTER WHAT.

If you have a weak mindset, if you’re afraid of taking risks, you’ll never get far in life.
YOU WILL NEVER GET THAT DREAM WITH A WEAK MINDSET.

CREATE A MINDSET THAT KEEPS YOU MOVING EVEN WHEN OTHERS QUIT!

LIFE IS UNPREDICTABLE, IT’S FULL OF SURPRISES, YOU MIGHT BE CLOSER THAN YOU THINK, YOUR DREAM CAN BECOME A REALITY – IF YOU REFUSE TO QUIT.

BE LIKE A LION, NEVER BACK DOWN FROM THE CHALLENGES YOU FACE

A LION NEVER STOPS CHASING ITS PREY UNTIL IT CATCHES IT!
YOU NEVER STOP CHASING YOUR DREAM UNTIL YOU LIVE IT!.

Dream big and NEVER let SMALL MINDS convince you that your dream is out of reach.
It might be out of reach FOR THEM, but you know better.

They said I couldn’t. They said I wouldn’t
.
They said they didn’t believe in me.

 They said I couldn’t because of my circumstances. 
I couldn’t because of my past…
 Because it hadn’t been done before…

I said: So what.
You can complain and remain the same, or you can DECIDE, COMMIT and work towards becoming someone that NO ONE thought you could be.
You can make all the excuses in the world, we’ve heard them all…. but those that get on in life LEAVE the excuses – and LOOK for the possibilities.

You might have had it tough, you might have had it real tough – but it aint getting any better if you LIVE there.

 You have to drop the little story and work toward your masterpiece.

You see it so often, stories of those with almost identical painful life circumstances:

 One chooses to live in the pain forever, repeating the reasons why they can’t succeed, why they can’t move on.

 The other, uses the pain as their REASON WHY they must change. The use their pain as STRENGTH. They use the people who don’t believe in them as MOTIVATION to succeed, not a reason why they can’t.

When things don’t go their way, they don’t say “WHY ME”
 They say “SO WHAT” they say “TRY ME!”

 When things don’t go their way, they KEEP MOVING FORWARD!

Your family isn’t perfect – SO WHAT
! You failed in your past – SO WHAT
! You didn’t get to go to college – SO WHAT! 
You don’t know where to start SO WHAT! 
Someone did wrong by you SO WHAT!

Most people seem to think that life is against them somehow.
 Very few understand life is challenging, that is all
.
 I accept life’s challenge. 
I plan to work on myself so I can win, not just one day, but everyday.

So what they don’t believe in you?
 You don’t need them to believe in you.
 They’re not doing the work – YOU ARE
. They’re not growing and learning – YOU ARE
. They’re not committed to your dream – YOU ARE! 
They’re not in love with your vision – YOU ARE.

 They don’t define your success – YOU DO! 
They don’t DEICDE if you will put in the work required to make it. YOU DO!

Nobody gets a perfect life.
 Everyone of us face different challenges. 
That is life. 
You’re not punishing anyone but yourself with your EXCUSES.
 You’re HOLDING YOURSELF BACK
NO ONE ELSE.

You choose:
 Be the victim or the victor.

 You choose to be the one who gave up BECAUSE of their problems OR the one who succeeded DESPITE their challenges.
 YOU CHOOSE!

Successful people don’t always ‘feel like it’ – THEY DO IT ANYWAY.

Take the first step. Get some momentum.
Don’t EVER stop working for your dream.
If you REALLY WANT IT you will PLAN for it.
If you REALLY WANT IT you will WORK for it.
If you REALLY WANT IT you will SACRIFICE for it.

So what life hasn’t gone as planned. 
It doesn’t for anyone.
 All the pain – that’s in the past. Do you want to drag it into your future too?

 You have that choice.
 You can remain the victim, and LIVE in the pain for the rest of your days, 
or – you can drop it like a hot potato and MOVE on with your life.

 Leave the pain behind and FOCUS on BUILDING your future.
 Full of possibilities. Full of growth.

 Push yourself. 
Surprise yourself.
 See how far you can go with your life.

You have to be ODD to be number one.
If you are going to be a statistic: be in the 1%
The minority that DO BELIEVE.
The minority that DO ACHIEVE.

They say you are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with. 
I say, someone has to be setting the standard.
Statistics will tell you it’s impossible to make it. Only a fraction succeed in life. Huge failure rate!
Statistics will say only a very small percentage make it in business. 
A smaller percentage have their ideal body,
 even less their ideal income,
 less again live a life they are happy with.

But It doesn’t matter what statistics say.
What do you say?

Does your Mindset tell you if 99% fail, the odds are against YOU?
Or does your mindset see OPPORTUNITY?
 Does your mindset see the remaining 1% that makes up the 100?
 Are you the 1%?
Does your mindset KNOW that you have something uniquely special inside of you, and you can have be and do whatever you want in life?

The greats don’t care about statistics – they only care for one thing:
One thing that’s much bigger than statistics:
WHAT CAN I DO! 

WHAT CAN I DO!

The successful know ANYTHING is possible. 
They understand there are NO LIMITS except those you create in your own mind.
The greats know their DESIRE TO SUCCEED IS MUCH greater than fear of statistics. Much greater than fear of failure.

Successful human beings KNOW with absolute certainty that their HEART, PASSION, DETERMINATION, DESIRE and RELENTLESSNESS will ALWAYS see them reach the top in the end.
They know there may be failures and setbacks along the way, but their DESIRE to reach their goals will always be greater than any setback.

They don’t quit after setbacks or failures!
They work HARDER. They LEARN LESSONS. They grow their character during the hard times.
Statistics don’t mean jack to those with BELIEF!

Don’t be a statistic.
Find your purpose.

Do whatever it takes to succeed, regardless of set backs, regardless of what the statistics tell you or think of you.
The only thing that matters is your opinion of yourself. Your BELIEF in yourself.

The truth is, it doesn’t matter what the stats say. It doesn’t matter if the odds are against you. It doesn’t matter if no-one else believes in you. What matters:
YOU BELIEVE IN YOU. What matters: You know in your own heart, you WILL MAKE IT in the end.

It doesn’t matter what statistics say. WHAT DO YOU SAY?
Don’t settle for a mediocre life just because the stats show most take the easy road.

They can say what they like! Tell me it’s “impossible”. Tell me it’s never been done. I’ll show them it is possible. Show them, when the job is DONE!

You have to be ODD to be number one.
