If you’re complaining about why you haven’t achieved your goals yet… the first problem is just that… you complain too much.


If you’re not willing to work for it… don’t complain about not having it.
If you don’t know why you haven’t achieved anything GREAT in your life yet… let me tell you why… THIS is why you don’t succeed…

NUMBER ONE: You think about what it’s going to cost more than what it is WORTH.

Ed Mylett said, “Successful people don’t negotiate price – they negotiate worth” Is your dream WORTH the price you must pay to get it?

The sacrifice… The long days… The early mornings and the late nights. The lonely road… The effort… The failures… The
embarrassment… Is the end result worth the pain?

Most people count the COST but are never willing to pay the PRICE. Successful people PAY UP FRONT and they are PAID BACK WITH INTEREST IN THE FUTURE.

Don’t count the cost of your dreams! UNDERSTAND WHAT IT IS WORTH AND PAY ANY PRICE TO GET IT.

NUMBER TWO: You point the finger outwards but never inwards.

If you want to see the person responsible for all your failures in life: LOOK IN THE MIRROR. The good news is, you won’t have to move to see the person who is responsible for all your achievements.

TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for everything that shows up in your life. The wins. The losses. The blessings. The lessons. OWN THEM ALL.

FINANCIAL CRISIS destroyed your business? OWN IT. LEARN FROM IT. GROW FROM IT.

6 months of your savings wiped out? Why didn’t you have 6 years worth? LEARN from it. GROW from it. IMPROVE from it.

Partner took everything in nasty break up? Could you have picked a better partner? OWN IT… Learn from it. GROW from it.

It’s easy to blame everyone and everything for our failures isn’t it… that means we don’t have to do anything to change… Blaming gets you off the hook… but it will never get you the life you dream of. ONLY RESPONSIBILITY WILL DO THAT. TAKE THAT RESPONSIBILITY.

NUMBER THREE: YOUR WORD MEANS NOTHING.

If you say you are going to do something: DO IT. If you don’t, you will lose respect from 2 people: Firstly the person you gave your word to, but more importantly YOURSELF.

Every time you go against your word you lose integrity and respect for yourself. Be someone who follows through with their word.

If you can’t get something done on time, be honest and open about it. Don’t BS, knowing you won’t do something. People respect honesty over EVERYTHING.

If you have no intention of seeing someone again, tell them.

If you’re struggling at work… tell someone.

Be one of the rare few who are REAL ENOUGH with themselves and others. THAT IS WHAT BUILDS RESPECT and powerful relationships. With others and within yourself.

NUMBER FOUR: You live for other peoples praise, not your own PURPOSE.

Most people do just about everything in their life… thinking about what other people will think of them.

They pick a job that they think other people will think is a great job. They pick a partner that they think other people will think is a great partner.

They do everything based on what they think other people will think. OTHER PEOPLE. WHAT ABOUT YOU?

You can not be successful if you are living your life for other people’s approval.

This is not someone else’s life. This is yours… and you can never live it fully and reach your true potential if you are a fraud.

PICK EVERYTHING IN LIFE THAT YOU WANT. FOLLOW YOUR PASSIONS… not your parents passions… or what you think looks good to your circle. YOUR PASSION.

CHASE THINGS THAT ARE PURPOSEFUL TO YOU… it will make working on it far easier. It will make quitting impossible.

NUMBER FIVE: You are obsessed with money, but not your purpose.

The great irony is most unsuccessful people think that successful people are obsessed with money… but successful people rarely ever stress over money… Unsuccessful people do.

Successful people don’t gamble to “win big” or play the lottery… unsuccessful people do.

No successful person is obsessed with money. They are obsessed with ADDING VALUE… with CREATING something special… with GROWING and PUSHING THE LIMITS. Their focus is rarely ever on financial reward but with personal satisfaction in what they are doing.

Chase the money alone and you will be alone chasing it forever. Chase your purpose and the money and fulfilment will chase you.

Don’t get distracted by shiny objects – chase MEANING and PURPOSE instead.

If you think you’ve been working hard and haven’t made it yet… work harder… work smarter… find another way… there is always a way.

I know you want to change… I know you want better… but let me tell you something you already know… NOTHING is going to change… unless YOU CHANGE.

If you want to CHANGE… if you REALLY WANT TO CHANGE… you need to make a STATEMENT. A statement that says NO MORE… a statement that says NEVER AGAIN… a statement that says TODAY, everything is different.

If you are serious about change… you will make that statement… not a statement of WORDS… a statement of ACTIONS!

MAKE TODAY A STATEMENT DAY!

Nothing is going to get better UNLESS YOU GET BETTER. There is no planet in which your life situation magically changes without changing yourself FIRST. But that’s the problem with the world today. Everyone is waiting for their situation to get better before THEY GET BETTER.

When ‘this’ happens it will be better… If only ‘this’ happens, then… my life will get better. The time for waiting has passed. If you want a greater life… it requires a GREATER EFFORT from you.

MAKE TODAY A STATEMENT DAY! A statement day is where you make a CLEAR statement… not ONLY through your words, not ONLY through a declaration or intention, but through your ACTIONS.

You declare: THIS IS WHO I AM NOW! Whoever showed up before this day is dead. Moving forward… THIS IS ME! FROM NOW ON: THIS IS ME!

These are my NEW STANDARDS and I will NOT settle for anything less than this new standard!

YOU ARE STRONG ENOUGH TO SAY “NO” TO TEMPTATIONS… and it’s NOT because you are disciplined… but because THAT IS NOT WHO YOU ARE ANYMORE!

Discipline requires mental strength… and you may well have that… but when you CHANGE YOUR IDENTITY you don’t need mental strength. When you change how you see yourself you don’t need mental strength… you just ACT LIKE THE PERSON YOU KNOW YOU ARE.

THIS IS YOUR NEW IDENTITY and WHO YOU ARE is more important than all of those insignificant distractions. WHO YOU ARE GOING TO BE is more important than all of those easy options.

You have to change how you see yourself. You are no longer someone who waits for things to change… you are someone who gets out there and MAKES CHANGE HAPPEN.

Change your association to who you are.
 WHO YOU WERE IS GONE. WHO ARE YOU NOW?

A statement day is not just a statement in one area… it’s showing up in ALL AREAS. THIS IS WHO I AM NOW! THIS IS MY NEW IDENTITY!

I AM NOT AFRAID TO SAY ‘NO’ when I need to because I KNOW WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO ME.

That’s what you’re doing. You’re creating a new identity through your ACTIONS. You are declaring WHO YOU ARE FROM THIS MOMENT FORWARD.

What statement do you need to make in your life?

What is a MUST CHANGE AREA IN YOUR LIFE?

Do you need to improve your diet? Maybe you make a statement by throwing out all your favorite unhealthy foods. Throw them in the trash. Right next to the bin juice because you know you don’t want that poison in your body any more. Maybe you strengthen your statement by declaring to your family or friends what you are doing…

It’s statement day baby! What are you going to do to SHOCK EVERYONE TODAY?

SHOCK EVERYONE INCLUDING YOURSELF.
 Push yourself in one or more areas… BEYOND WHERE YOU’VE BEEN BEFORE.


Set a personal best. Contact 5 more people than usual. Read for one hour more. Meditate one more time. Run 1 extra mile… then if you have more in the tank run another few.

IT’S STATEMENT DAY! WHO ARE YOU FROM THIS MOMENT ON?

DECLARE TODAY:
THE OLD ME IS GONE.
GONE FOREVER!
THIS IS THE NEW ME!
THE NEW ME HAS NEW STANDARDS.
 THESE ARE MY NEW STANDARDS
AND I LIVE BY THESE STANDARDS.
I DON’T NEED MENTAL STRENGTH TO SAY NO TO EASY OPTIONS BECAUSE I KNOW WHO I AM!
I KNOW MY GOALS. I AM CLEAR ABOUT EVERYTHING I WANT AND I WON’T STOP UNTIL I GET IT.
I WILL NOT SETTLE.
NOT ONE DAY.

Now get out there and make a statement!

I can’t live with the mentality of the majority!

If I want to be like the MINORITY my MINDSET… my MENTALITY must be as strong as the minority!

I HAVE TO POSSESS THE MENTALITY OF A GIANT!

What does it mean to be a MENTALITY GIANT?

It means your MENTALITY IS BIGGER… STRONGER than your CHALLENGES. It means YOUR MINDSET is stronger than your SETBACKS. It means YOU… YOU CAN OVERCOME ANYTHING when you BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF! YOU’VE OVERCOME A LOT TO GET HERE AND YOU WILL OVERCOME ANYTHING ELSE THAT STANDS IN YOUR PATH!

There’s only 2 mentalities in this world: THE EXCUSES MAKERS and THE RESULT CREATORS!

You have to look yourself in the mirror and ask yourself…. Am I really giving my all?
Am I settling for a little life, or am I rising up and PUSHING FOR MY BEST LIFE?
Am I a minnow or a GIANT!
Am I stepping into my COURAGE or cowering in FEAR!
Am I taking risks or playing for safety?

GIANTS stand tall and they GO AFTER WHAT THEY WANT! MENTALITY IS EVERYTHING! NO ONE can take it from you! You could lose EVERYTHING… but with a strong mentality YOU WILL BUILD AGAIN!

You have to become a MENTALITY GIANT! They might knock you down… but with a strong MENTALITY you WILL RISE AGAIN!

You have to be built like IRON!
 NOTHING CAN DESTROY IRON…
 but it’s OWN rust can!
YOU ARE THE SAME AS IRON…
 Nothing can destroy you… but your own MIND CAN. 
 NO EVENT can destroy you. NO PROBLEM can end you… but if you allow your mentality to weaken… anything can.

Build that mentality!
 Step into the darkness with COURAGE and face your fears.

What are you going to do next time life knocks you on your ass?
 GET UP!
 RISE UP LIKE A GIANT!

NEVER SETTLE for less than you TRULY WANT! NEVER!

With the right mentality you can survive anything.
 With the right mentality you can CONQUER ANYTHING!
 With the right mentality you can MASTER ANYTHING!

That’s the problem with most people today… their mentality is weak. That’s why they don’t have the life they want.
 It’s not because of the economy… it’s because they spend more time on the TV-SET than they do on their MIND-SET!

What do you expect? If you’re consuming garbage… sooner or later your results are going to resemble garbage.
 Feed your mind with something better!
 WINNERS don’t get caught up in garbage!
 They are CLEAN of distractions.

FOCUS on what you want.
 COMMIT to it like it is life and death and don’t YOU DARE GIVE UP when things get hard!

That’s where you strengthen your MENTALITY!
 IN HARD TIMES!

I want to share a very important story with you today. It’s a story I think everyone should hear.

Before he died, a father said to his son;

“Here is a watch your grandfather gave me… It is almost 200 years old. Before I give it to you, go to the jewellery store in the city. Tell them that I want to sell it, and see how much they offer you.”

The son went to the jewelry store, came back to his father, and said; “They offered $100 because it is so old.”

The father said; “Well, try the pawnshop.”

The son went to the pawnshop, came back to his father, and said; “The pawnshop offered only $20 because it has a scratch”

The father asked his son to go to the museum and show them the watch.

The son quietly questioned his father’s judgement, but still, willing to act on his last wishes he went to the museum, when he came back he said to his father; “The curator offered $375,000 for this very rare piece to be included in their precious antique collection.”

The father responded;

“I wanted to show you that the right place will value you in the right way. Don’t find yourself in the wrong place and get angry because you are not valued. Never stay in a place where someone doesn’t see your value or you don’t feel appreciated.”

If you don’t know your value, you will always settle for far less than you deserve.

People who don’t know their value settle for less than they are worth. In relationships. When it comes to their profession… or their job… or their friendships… They know they are worth more, but they settle for someone else’s definition of their worth.

You see… that is the difference between MOST PEOPLE and the few.

 That is the difference between people who LOVE the life they have created for themselves and those who CAN’T STAND the life they are living.

YOU HAVE TO KNOW YOUR WORTH!

MOST people will allow just about anyone to influence their perception of themselves… But people who love their life refuse to accept the opinions of small minded people.

They refuse to be put in a BOX. They will not be defined by anyone but themselves.

 They know their value is set by themselves, by their own thoughts about who they are, NOT someone else’s opinion of what they are worth.

Don’t let them put a price on you! You set your own price!

 And don’t go giving discounts to other people so you can fit in or be liked… People pleasers never end up happy in the end. Put yourself FIRST.

You must build your self-worth by the WORK you do every day… on yourself.

You build it by the way that you show up EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Day in, day out, no excuses, no shortcuts, just a relentless dedication to be the best that they can be.

If you have someone in your life that tries to diminish your abilities in ANY WAY… The time has come to move those people along.

It’s time to awaken that part of you that DEMANDS MORE FOR YOUR LIFE.

Because ONLY YOU KNOW what you are truly capable of.

It’s time to wake up and SHOCK THE WORLD!

Shock those that doubted you with a disturbing level of determination.

Shock those that doubted you with a commitment to excellence that cannot be matched by those of weak heart.

Shock those that doubted you with the actions you take today as you draw a line in the sand and commit to becoming the person NO ONE thought you could be.

Because ONLY YOU KNOW what you are TRULY capable of.

In this world you only have to earn the respect of one person… that person is YOU.

You determine the level you demand of yourself.

It’s time to DEMAND MORE!

It’s time to prove once and for all, WHO. YOU ARE.

If I am going one V one with LeBron James, Jordan, Tyson, Ali… A LION or KING KONG HIMSELF!… ANYONE!!! It doesn’t matter who it is or how great they are… I will back myself!

Not because I’m arrogant. Not because I am stupid… because if there is a chance – it IS POSSIBLE. And if it is POSSIBLE – I HAVE TO FIGHT for that POSSIBILITY.

Even if the odds are one in a billion… or one in 100 trillion – I DO NOT CARE! ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN when you’re willing to die for the cause.

This talk is not about going one V one with the greats of sport… this is about BELIEVING IN YOURSELF when the world convinced you, you have no right to believe. When your conditioning… or your family… or society convinced you to stay in your safe little box…

“You’re not good enough to do that”…
“It’s too risky”…
“It can’t be done”…
“No one in the family has done that before”…
“Take the safe path”… NO!

I will fight for my greatest life. I will fight for my TRUE POTENTIAL.

If they think it’s impossible – I BACK MYSELF. If it hasn’t been done – I BACK MYSELF! If it ‘can’t’ be done… I BACK MYSELF! I BACK MYSELF! Do you understand??? I ALWAYS BACK MYSELF!

Don’t even consider it a possibility I will back down from a challenge. I won’t. I won’t quit. I won’t surrender. I will always back myself.

You have to have the courage to fight for what you really want in life… if you don’t… you’ll only guarantee living in regret. I don’t want that to be my life. I’d rather die trying.

Believe in yourself.

If you’re searching for that ONE PERSON who will change your life… look in the mirror.

If you’re searching for that one thing… that one trick or hack… the one secret that will give you the life you want… STOP and instead look in the mirror.

YOU are the only person who can create the life YOU WANT. It’s not anyone else’s responsibility. It’s YOURS.

There are some people who live by this principle… but the reality is MOST PEOPLE won’t take that responsibility. Most people would sooner MAKE EXCUSES than look in the mirror. The problem is always OUT THERE… it’s never IN HERE.

These are the same people who spend more on lotto tickets than they do on their own personal development. They spend more on diet pills than they do on health food. They spend more time complaining about all the reasons they can’t succeed… than they do WORKING for the possibility that they can succeed. It’s always someone else’s fault.

Earl nightingale said it best: “We are all self made… but only the successful will admit it.”

We’re all self made in our health, fitness and physical shape… but only the fit will admit it. We’re all self made in the joy we experience every day… but only those who are happy will admit it. We are all self-made financially and in EVERY OTHER SENSE… but only those who like where they are will admit it.

If I want a better life… I’m not going to sit around and wait for the government to change the rules… I’m going to get out there and WORK for that better life. I’m going to LEARN what steps I CAN take… and I AM GOING TO TAKE THOSE STEPS!

Step by step I will climb until I get where I intend to go.

It’s NEVER EASY… but it is very straight forward and IT IS ALWAYS WORTH IT!.

I WORK ON MYSELF… I IMPROVE.
I LEARN MORE…
I IMPROVE.
I NEVER GIVE UP…
I GROW STRONGER… and that NEW, IMPROVED, STRONGER version of me creates BETTER RESULTS than the old version of me.

I FIND A WAY! I FIND A WAY to create the life I want.

If I want a better body or better health… I know a prescription is not going to give it to me… I know I can’t get it from an infomercial… The only way I can get it is through my own WORK and my own SELF-DISCIPLINE.

I AM THE ONLY PERSON who can create the life I want… There is no one else that will ever want it as bad as I want it!

It’s up to me and me alone… and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Do you know the best project you’ll ever work on?
 Just incase you didn’t know… the best project you’ll ever work on… IS YOU.

There is no project that will give you a greater return on investment.
 There is no project that will give you BETTER relationships… BETTER RESULTS… BETTER FINANCES…

There is no project that will give you a better life… more than the project of working on YOURSELF.


The greatest version of you is waiting for you… but that version will only be realized if YOU DO THE WORK.
 You must do that work.

The problem is – most people aren’t willing to put in that work.

They’d sooner pick up a beer before a book… because a book might remind them they have a long way to go…
 
And most people…. Most people aren’t willing to go the distance. 


What they fail to understand though, is all those EASY and comfortable choices NOW… lead to a HARDER LIFE, later.
 All those choices that require no brain activity NOW – fry your brain later.

All of those choices… little by little ADD UP to a GREAT, BIG PROBLEM later….
 And that problem is called disappointment…
 
And there really could be no greater pain than that of being disappointed in yourself.


The good news is, that it is NEVER TOO LATE to start working on the best version of you.
 It’s NEVER too late to say “TODAY IS THE DAY”

“TODAY IS THE FIRST DAY
 OF THE REST OF MY LIFE.
”

It’s NEVER TOO LATE to start reversing all the poor decisions you have made… by building new, stronger habits… that will lead to NEW, IMPRESSIVE RESULTS.

Problem number 2 though is just around the corner… and that problem is that most people don’t have the staying power.

They either don’t see immediate results and quit far too soon… or they get to a certain level… a level far from their actual potential… and then they go back to their old habits… which will bring about the same old RESULTS.

LISTEN TO ME:
You don’t need a better phone.
You don’t need a better home.
You don’t need better circumstances.
YOU NEED A BETTER MINDSET.
MINDSET IS EVERYTHING!
It’s the difference between an AVERAGE life and a MAGIC LIFE.


THE BEST VERSION OF YOU is waiting for you to claim!
 But you’ll never see that version if you quit. 
 
You’ll never know your greatest self if you give up.

And how sad would that be… you, NEVER meeting the best version of yourself because you gave up too soon!


You never knowing how far you could have gone… always wondering ‘what if’…
 forever living in regret knowing you could have pushed just that little bit harder for a better life…

Knowing you could have pushed a little harder to set a different example… to break the invisible limit barrier that has stood for generations…
 you can be the one to break that barrier! YOU HAVE TO DECIDE!!!

There IS NO GREATER project you could ever work on than YOURSELF.

Not many people have discipline…
 but the great ones do.

Not many people work on themselves EVERY DAY…
 but the great ones do.
 
Not many people are willing to sacrifice for YEARS to live a better life in the future…
 But the great ones are.


There’s really something to this…
 
Learning from the people who are living a life similar to that you want to live.

Learning from those who ACHIEVE…
 Not only achieve financial results… but are living a RICH life.
 Not rich in terms of money, but in all areas. HEALTH, HAPPINESS, FUN, a quality of life MOST don’t enjoy.

You see – having self-discipline is NOT usually fun in the moment…
But that self-discipline leads to a higher quality life later. 
It always does.


If you’re disciplined to do the work, consistently… over time, you will see the rewards.
 If you’re disciplined, consistently, to eat healthy foods… over time, you will see the results in your physical shape, and the energy from greater health.

DISCIPLINE works… always.
 The problem is, most people aren’t willing to suffer NOW for a greater LATER….
 MOST PEOPLE choose EASY NOW and PAIN later.


Those are really the only options.
DISCIPLINE NOW – GREATER LATER
EASY NOW – SUFFER LATER.
What do you choose?

Most people finish school and pack up the books.
 This is a big-mistake.

Life doesn’t end after school, and nor should your education. Especially self-education.
 Because almost everything YOU are interested in, was not taught in school.


You have to teach yourself.
 You have to find what you love, and build something around that.

School will never teach you the most important subjects…
 Mental-health. How to build mental strength.
 How to develop emotional strength and resilience.

How to become self-sufficient and build an income for YOURSELF… so you can enjoy the FREEDOM that comes with that.
 So you don’t have to rely on OTHERS to live the life YOU want to live.

You really have to ask yourself what you want from life… and what you’re willing to sacrifice to get it.
 Are you willing to give up 10 years to live 50 years in comfort.


Are you willing to sacrifice for ONE YEAR to build stronger habits that will last a lifetime?

What are you willing to do, to live the life you would like to choose?

What’s it going to be?
 You choose.

In life there are laws. In growth there are laws. If you want to learn and grow you must observe, pay attention and take decisive action to ensure these laws work in your favor and not against you.


The greatest achievers on earth pay attention to the laws of growth and success… so they not only achieve more, but also live a richer, more fulfilling life.


Here are the 4 important laws of growth.


Pay attention. Listen closely. Take notes and take action.


Number 1: Speak Less.
Number 2: Listen More.
Number 3: React Less.
Number 4: Observe More.


Now, listen closely as we go over each law… why it is important… and how to go about applying it in your life.


Number 1: Speak Less.


Let your results speak for you.
 


You don’t always need to tell everyone what you’re up to, or what you are planning to achieve – let your results do the talking.


People will notice and respect you more if they see your results before they hear your plans.


The majority of great achievers take less than they work. They talk less than they achieve. You’ll rarely find a great man or woman talking more than they achieve, in fact if you think about how ridiculous that statement is, you’ll understand it is impossible.


How can one be great, if their talking outweighs their doing? If their RESULTS are less than their words. That is not greatness… it is ignorance and arrogance.


Talk less. Do more. Let your results speak for you.


Number 2: Listen More.


You can not LEARN if you do not LISTEN. You can not GROW if you do not LEARN… so LEARN to LISTEN more… learn to listen BETTER, more intently. 



Listen with PURPOSE and INTENTION to get something out of it.


If you are serious about making your life as great as it can be, you should be committed to be an ETERNAL LEARNER. A student of life.


You should be as committed to curiosity as a child. Curiosity and presence that will enable you to notice things others do not… and THAT will give you the advantage.


Take in advice from the best teachers, and LEARN from the failures of the worst teachers.


You really can learn from EVERYONE.
 From the greatest failures and the greatest achievements.


Pay attention. Listen more to be more.
 


Number 3: React Less.
 


The less you REACT the better you can RESPOND.


Don’t jump to conclusions or let your emotions overpower you.


You have to discipline your emotions and your reactions – to every person and every circumstance in your life.


Discipline gives you power… and this is especially true when it comes to controlling your emotions.


There is an important quote that says:


“One of the best lessons you can learn in life is to master how to remain calm.”
– Catherine Pulsifer


When it all seems too hard… remain calm.
 When it all seems too good… remain calm.
 Don’t overreact.
 Don’t over celebrate.
 Master calm.
 


Practice being calm in all situations.
 
Looking at every situation objectively and calmly, so you can respond effectively.


As the saying goes: “Learn to discipline your emotions, because if you don’t… your enemies will use them against you”


Number 4: Observe More.


The closer you observe the better your understanding, and the better your understanding… the better your decisions will be.


Pay close attention to those you admire. The people who are living a life similar to that you want to live.


Pay close attention to the teachings you want to master. The principles you want to master. The skills and habits you want to develop.


Observe what works and what doesn’t work in your own life.


Pay attention and observe yourself. How you feel physically and mentally after all events, circumstances. Observe, evaluate and make changes accordingly.


And finally the principle of growth everyone must add to the recipe … TAKE ACTION.


As Bruce Lee said:
 “Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do.”


If you want anything in life… it’s not coming to you while you sit on your hands. Get up, get out there and get it.


Make a decision that you want it, and do whatever it takes to get it.

The number one reason… THEY GIVE UP FAR TOO SOON.

They might’ve been 3 feet from gold… just like Napoleon Hill’s famous story… but they threw in the spade and gave up…

Meanwhile someone else comes along… someone with STAYING POWER… someone with a plan… someone willing to put in a little extra effort… and they DIG a little deeper to claim that gold.

Most people quit far too soon! If you hang in there your second wind will come!!!

The definition of a second wind is:
“a person’s ability to breathe freely during exercise, after having been out of breath”… and
“a new STRENGTH or ENERGY to continue something that is a challenge.”
You have to wait for your second wind to kick in! Develop some STAYING POWER!

KEEP GOING… KEEP PLUGGING AWAY and I guarantee NEW STRENGTH and NEW ENERGY WILL… ABSOLUTELY COME TO YOU!

All that struggle will be part of your STORY not your MISERY.

Athletes know this… When you start a run, a game, any type of physical activity or competition – sometimes it’s a struggle early on… physically it seems TOO HARD, right? And that is when most people STOP… The very moment it gets hard.

WINNERS KEEP GOING! They know the second wind is coming. Even if they feel like HELL… they know if they just stay in the game… if they just keep going… the second wind will come!

They might have to slow down… They might NOT be going ALL OUT.. but they DO NOT QUIT! They stick it out and they OUTLAST THEIR COMPETITION…

Most of the time the competition is YOU.
It’s YOUR WINNING MIND versus YOUR QUITTING MIND.
FEED YOUR WINNING MIND with BELIEF!

You have to wait for your second wind to kick in!

KEEP GOING… KEEP PLUGGING AWAY and I guarantee NEW STRENGTH and NEW ENERGY WILL… ABSOLUTELY COME TO YOU! All that struggle will be part of your STORY not your MISERY.

Don’t let all that effort go to waste! DIG DEEPER. HANG IN THERE. Your second wind is coming! The second wind of insight, inspiration, effort, DESIRE AND FIRE IN YOUR HEART TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN!
