Rest in peace… all the dreams never realized… all the businesses never started… the POTENTIAL never reached.


Rest in peace…
 all the opportunities missed because you chose to go out and party instead of stay in and study.

Rest in peace…
 the person you could have been… but never reached, because you refused to put in the work.


Rest in peace…
 the life that could have been yours… but wasn’t, because you lacked BELIEF… and cared more about the potential FAILURE than the possibility of SUCCESS.

It’s sad. So sad. But this is the REALITY for most people.
 Most people let their DREAMS DIE.


Most people would rather live a life of misery and regret than take a RISK pushing for what they REALLY WANT.

Most people settle… in every area of their life.
 They settle in their relationships. They settle for an OK body. OK health. They settle for an income that’s just enough to get by. They settle for a quality of life that is only just passable enough to sleep at night… not so bad that they have to do something about it… but not even close to the life they deserve AND ARE CAPABLE of living.


This life is short! None of us are going to make it out of here alive. YOU. ME. Everyone we love. We’re all going to leave this earth one day.
 We’ve got one shot at it. ONE SHOT.

For many of us, that time is flying by.

Why not MAKE THE MOST of our one shot?
Why not put in that little more effort?
WHY NOT dream just a little BIGGER.
WHY NOT spend more time asking yourself WHAT YOU REALLY WANT in 1, 5, 10, 20 years time?


WHY NOT spend more time working on yourself, and less time trying to ESCAPE from a life you don’t want!

WHY NOT WALK AWAY from everything that is rotten in your life… and start planting NEW SEEDS that can GROW into something better in time.


You deserve more… but you can only GET MORE if you are willing to DO MORE.
MORE planning.
MORE SELF WORK.
More SACRIFICE.
MORE calculated risks.
MORE dreaming.
MORE learning.
MORE BELIEVING.
MORE of everything that takes you in the direction you want to travel, and LESS of everything that is pulling you in the opposite direction.

Push for your TRUE POTENTIAL. And when you get to the end, you’ll be proud, proud of the person you became while searching and stretching for the greatest version of yourself.

There’s a famous story about frogs and boiling water I have to share with you, because I think it is relevant to ALL OF US.
As the story goes, if you place a frog in a pot of boiling water, it will immediately jump out to save its life… but, if you put the same frog in a pot of room-temperature water and slowly heat it up, the frog will remain in the pot… even when the water starts BOILING. The frog will stay there and ultimately boil to death.

Now, you may be thinking that frogs are stupid… but don’t we all do that to some degree?
You spend too long in a relationship, in a business, in a job, in a friendship…. At the start it was good… then slowly over time it started dying. You should have jumped out or made changes a long time ago… now you’re dying inside like the frog.
Too often we get stuck in our comfortable lives… it becomes so comfortable and so familiar that, even though we may be miserable, we stay, because at least the misery is familiar… Taking that risk to CHANGE or GROW or LEAVE is UNKNOWN… and if there’s one thing most humans can’t face it is the UNKNOWN…

But, let me ask you:
Do you want to be like that frog in the pot, slowly boiling to death? Or would you rather be like the MINORITY? Jump out of that POT and go searching for a life that will CHALLENGE you and force you to GROW into a person you can be proud of.

I challenge you to be the latter. Don’t wait for someone else to turn down the heat for you. There’s no-one else in control of the temperature of your life.

Take control of your own life and be brave enough to make those positive changes. Embrace every challenge you face and seek out new opportunities for growth and development.

Progress requires discomfort. Don’t be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone and try something new. It will be uncomfortable at first, but that discomfort is a sign of PENDING PROGRESS.

If you want to be a BETTER version of yourself you must PUSH YOURSELF to grow. You must make some tough decisions and TRUST your gut that everything will work out in the end.

So, don’t be that frog. Don’t be someone who stays somewhere that is killing them inside. Don’t be like most people, who let their DREAMS and ASPIRATIONS DIE far too early. Don’t live with that dirty word: REGRET.

There is no greater pain than that of regret.

Nothing can kill your soul more than the feeling of regret. Never be afraid to take a risk in life. Never be afraid to take a risk going after what YOU really want.

You may fail, you will most likely fail often. 
 But failure going after your dreams is NOTHING compared to the failure that is settling for a life you don’t want.

It’s never too late to try again! It’s never too late to DECIDE you want more out of life. It’s NEVER TOO LATE!

It’s never too late to commit to make this day, THIS VERY DAY, the BEST of your life! To create opportunities for yourself. To be positive. To RISE above average thoughts.

It’s NEVER TOO LATE to re invent yourself.
 To learn something new. To grow. To feel good again.

No matter what has happened or failed to happen in your past: IT IS NEVER TOO LATE. 
 But only if you are committed. Only if YOU want to change. Do you want to change? Do you want more out of life?

You wouldn’t be the first person on earth to turn everything around. It is NOT impossible. All it takes is your commitment, your COURAGE and your DESIRE to be better.

Most people don’t change because they lack courage… because they FEAR the unknown. They FEAR failure. YOU are DIFFERENT. YOU have the courage. 
 The courage to try.

Don’t fear failure. FEAR being in the exactly same place next year as you are today.

IT’S TIME! TODAY is the day! The first day of the rest of your life! Make that commitment.

NEVER GIVE UP. Can you hear me? I don’t care if you’re living in your car. I don’t care if you’re sleeping on the side of a gas station.

NEVER GIVE UP! You gotta KEEP FIGHTING.

It’s that destination that you have in your SOUL. It’s where you want to make it.

See, your tears, will become the ocean, that leads to your paradise.

The toughest battles come to the toughest warriors.

You gotta see it, like it’s already in your hand.
 You gotta walk, like you’re already a star. Even, if you have nothing in your pocket.

But you can NEVER GIVE UP You can never stop fighting for that TOP SPOT.

See, you’ve got to become rich on the inside, before you can become rich on the outside.
 That PRIDE. That PURPOSE. That GIFT. NEVER GIVE UP!

Number one: What MUST you have in your life?

Number 2: What’s it going to take to get there?

If you can answer those two questions you are ready to WORK for that life you MUST have… And if you’re ready to work for it – it is possible you can have it in a very short space of time.

What MUST you have in your life that you do not have right now?

What’s missing ? WHY is it missing? I’ll give you a hint. It’s a 3 letter word that ends with U!

Everything you must have in your life can be yours if YOU are willing to do whatever it takes to get it.

Take a moment to think about what it is that you truly want in your life, and then ask yourself what it will take to get there.

Are you willing to put in the time, effort, and dedication to make it happen? Are you willing to sacrifice whatever you need to sacrifice to get there?

Who do you need to become to create the things you want in your life?

The only thing standing between you and the life you want is YOU. It’s your discipline. It’s your work ethic. It’s your desire. It’s 100% you.

Don’t let anyone else tell you any different. Don’t let anyone convince you that there are other, more important forces at play.

You are the major controlling force, long term.

You are in control of your own destiny, and it’s up to you to create the life you desire. No one else but you.

Don’t let fear or doubt hold you back. Don’t let other people’s opinions stop you from going for what YOU want.

Don’t listen to the naysayers.
 DO NOT LISTEN TO THISE WITH NO AMBITION.
 They aren’t going anywhere worthwhile.

The only limits that exist are those you set for yourself. If you believe that you’re not capable of more – you won’t even try.

If you believe YOU ARE capable… and you feel you MUST make this happen… YOU WILL. You will find a way.

If you’ve got the belief and the DESIRE… everything else will fall into place. Opportunities will appear… you just have to seize that opportunity.

There ARE going to be dark days. There are going to be storms.

THE HARD TIMES WILL NEVER STOP COMING. LIFE happens. Challenges will keep coming.

That’s something you cannot control. Focus on what you CAN CONTROL. And what can you control? You can control your REACTION to the challenges you face.

FACE THOSE CHALLENGES WITH CHARACTER!

You can control your EFFORT. Are you really giving 100% every single day?

You can control your ATTITUDE. Are you showing up as YOUR BEST SELF every day?

How are you showing up every day? Do you DESERVE the life YOU WANT?

You can control how you treat the people you care about. Do they deserve better from you?

You can control how you show up every single day of your life.

IT’S A CHOICE. CHOICES start with INTENTION.

So DECIDE. DECIDE to show up every day of your life READY TO GROW. Ready to LEARN and IMPROVE yourself. Ready to become the person who DESERVES a great life.

EARN the life you want!

Don’t hold back. NEVER STOP. NEVER QUIT. HAVE FAITH. You have the power to create the life you want. Get out there and make it happen.

Everything worthwhile in life can only be obtained after a moment of COURAGE.

It takes COURAGE to live with INTEGRITY, even when that makes you look bad.
It takes COURAGE to be brutally honest, in a world full of lies and deceit.
It takes COURAGE to stand up for what is right, especially when it means you will lose some “friends” or come at a financial cost.
It takes COURAGE to say NO and sometimes it takes COURAGE to say YES.
It takes COURAGE to think for yourself… in this age of propaganda and when everyone wants to tell you what THEY THINK is best for you.
You have a mind of your own – be brave enough to use it!

Nelson Mandela once said: “I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.”
And that is what COURAGE is… it is MOVING FORWARD despite the fears… despite the possibility of failure… and even in the event of failure…
 GIVING YOUR ALL… ALWAYS.
 


Unforgivingly being yourself – no matter what the cost. Being true to you and going after everything you want in life.

It takes COURAGE to live a big life. Have you got the courage?

I’ve been down too. I’ve been there. We’ve all been there. The hole keeps getting deeper. The debt keeps getting bigger. The challenges seem keep coming… IT ALL SEEMS TOO MUCH…

It is NOT too much! YOU ARE CAPABLE of overcoming EVERY CHALLENGE IN YOUR LIFE RIGHT NOW… If you DECIDE TO!

You have COMEBACK written all over you!

You’ve overcome adversity before. You’ve faced challenges before. YOU ARE STILL HERE. KEEP FIGHTING!

You have to design a NEW LIFE! One so strong that you can’t get in a DEEP HOLE anymore.

There will always be the potholes of life… but you are capable of creating a NEW YOU that doesn’t need a shovel anymore.

Once you are finished there will be no deep holes to dig yourself out of. No major comebacks will be needed after this one. THIS IS YOUR LAST COMEBACK STORY!

Become obsessed with your life.

What can you do better? Take OWNERSHIP OF THAT. ALL OF IT. BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF!

There will be NO COMEBACK for anyone that is lying to themselves… if you’re in a crappy situation: THAT IS ON YOU.

PICK UP THAT SHOVEL AND DIG YOUR WAY OUT.

The comeback is ON! And it starts with the TRUTH!

How hard have you been working? CAN YOU WORK HARDER? If you said no – what else are you lying about? WORK HARDER.

Can you work smarter? WORK SMARTER!

Can you cut some things out of your life that are TAKING AWAY rather than ADDING TO the quality of your life? DO IT. MAKE THAT DECISION.

Cut all the negativity out of your life.

FOCUS ON WHAT YOU CAN DO.

MAXIMIZE your time, every day in LEARNING and TAKING ACTION… EVERY THING you can do that will lead to a NEW, BETTER version of you.

 There is ZERO HESITATION in the warrior. It’s ALL IN or not in at all.

The warrior says:
I HAVE A CLEAR GOAL.
I HAVE A CLEAR MISSION.
I HAVE A MEANINGFUL PURPOSE.
I BELIEVE IN MYSELF!
I WILL GIVE ALL I HAVE FOR THIS GOAL, THIS MISSION, MY PURPOSE!
I WILL NOT BACK DOWN!
I WILL NOT YIELD!
I WILL FIGHT UNTIL MY LAST BREATH!
 AND DO EVERYTHING TO WIN!

The warrior says:
I AM READY.

There’s a famous story of a Grandfather who is teaching his grandson about life and the fight we all have within…

He tells the boy:
 “There is a fight going on inside me… A fight between TWO WOLVES.

One wolf is evil – he is disguised as uncontrolled ANGER, COWARDICE, BITTERNESS, SELF-PITY, INFERIORITY, LIES, FALSE PRIDE and EGO.

One wolf is GOOD – he is represented as FAITH, SELF-BELIEF, FOCUS, PRESENCE, LOVE, JOY, HONOR, DIGNITY and INTEGRITY.”

He says to the boy:
 “The same fight is going on inside you boy, and inside every other person on this planet”

The boy asks:
 “Which wolf will win?”

The grandfather replies:
 “THE ONE YOU FEED THE MOST”

We all have the COWARD and the WARRIOR inside us…

We all have moments of doubt, fear and moments we wish weren’t associated to our true self… but we all have that WARRIOR inside us… the GOOD ENERGY… the PROTECTOR of the TRUTH… the HONOR to stand for what is right… THE INTEGRITY to FIGHT for the good of all.

The warrior doesn’t always win, but he will ALWAYS FIGHT, with everything he has, until his last breath.


The coward doesn’t BELIEVE they can defeat the EVIL forces, so they don’t even try and therefore they lose the battle every time.

The warrior WILL FIGHT FOR WHAT IS RIGHT… NO MATTER the ODDS… no matter the potential consequences.

The warrior says:
IT IS NOT OVER UNTIL I SAY IT IS OVER!
 AND IT IS NEVER OVER… BECAUSE I WILL NEVER QUIT!


You have that WARRIOR within you!
 It’s a MINDSET!
 Your MIND IS THE BATTLEFIELD… and you are the COMMANDER… you are not the SERVANT to your MIND… you are IN CHARGE.

Learn to direct your mind with CERTAINTY and FOCUS.

DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT IN LIFE
 AND NEVER BACK DOWN UNTIL YOU GET IT.
LIVE WITH INTEGRITY AND HONOR!!!
NOT CARING LESS what other people expect from your life – PAVING your OWN PATH and walking in the direction YOU KNOW to be right!!!


No matter what challenges life throws my way I KNOW I CAN HANDLE THIS!

Look for opportunities to serve, anyone and everyone you come into contact with.

You must believe you deserve it, work toward it until you see it, and affirm it until you BECOME IT.


The greatest gift you can give yourself is SELF-BELIEF. Develop that belief in yourself through repetition. Repetition of affirmation and repetition of action.

Constantly trying, getting up after failing… continuing to beat the drum until you find the winning beat.

Champions, like Ali, are willing to suffer now, to live the rest of their life as a champion… and in the same way, those who succeed, in ANY area of life are willing to delay gratification. They are prepared to SUFFER for a period, knowing the REWARD coming in the future.

Most people seek comfort in the moment, even if it leads to pain later…. Very few people are willing to go through PAIN in the moment for the possibility of a brighter future.


One person might take the first crappy job that comes in order to pay the bills tomorrow… knowing full well they will be stuck there, miserable for years to come.

Another person might suffer through financially, while they work on developing their skills, and getting a better job, or starting their own business that will lead to less pain in the FUTURE.

It’s a choice. It’s a mindset. Your best life will never be gained by choosing the easy option.

Have you ever had a moment in your life where you were just ASHAMED at a certain area in your life? An area that just wasn’t good enough… Maybe your health, your body, your job, your attitude… whatever it was… ONE AREA where you were disappointed because that area of your life was NOT acceptable to you… ONE AREA that was well below your standards… you might have been disgusted in that area of your life… and KNEW you had to change… but continuously let yourself down?

The hole got bigger. The problem became larger. The shame grew…. The disappointment grew. You wanted to change. Maybe you tried to change… but NOTHING CHANGED… I’ve been there.

There is no worse feeling than that of letting yourself down…

There is no worse feeling than living a life BELOW YOUR OWN STANDARDS. Losing respect WITHIN YOURSELF is tough… but it CAN BE the most powerful force for change.

That moment… when you are so disgusted in yourself that you HAVE TO CHANGE. You’ve crossed the line of inner integrity and ENOUGH IS ENOUGH… But you can only get to that point if you first take full responsibility for WHERE YOU ARE. In every area.

There might be some great excuses, they might be VALID EXCUSES… but your boss, the government, your partner… or any other problem you have is NOT going to pick you up and deliver you to FREEDOM.
You have to DROP THE EXCUSES and ask yourself:
WHAT CAN I DO?…

REGARDLESS OF THESE PROBLEMS… WHAT CAN I DO… TO GET MY LIFE EXACTLY WHERE I WANT IT?

It starts in the mind. One thing NO ONE can take from you is the FREEDOM of your mind.

Strengthen your mind, strengthen your mentality FIRST… and then ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.

Even more important is that you understand WHY YOU MUST HAVE IT. Get quiet, think about it, understand it, write it down.

Now you have something that should drive you forward. Give it a deadline and make a COMMITMENT TO YOURSELF that you will make this happen. NO MATTER WHAT. NO MATTER WHAT.

Whatever or whoever gets in your way, this NEW LIFE is yours. It’s for you and it’s for so much more than you. It’s YOUR new standard that will make a difference for so many more than just you.

It’s WHO YOU MUST BECOME. There’s nothing more important than you achieve this… FOR YOU.

So make that commitment. TODAY. NOW. Whatever area in your life that you’ve had ENOUGH OF being below your standards… NOW… RIGHT NOW is the time…

That… That makes me sad. It makes me sad because I know they could find purpose and meaning. I know they could create a better life for themselves.



People who live AMAZING, ABUNDANT lives… People who have PURPOSE and MEANING in their life… They BELIEVE one important thing DEEPLY:

 I AM HERE FOR A REASON!

If you could believe, at the deepest level of your soul that YOU BELONG here… If you could believe you HAVE PURPOSE here on earth…
