<p>People’s inability to deal with discomfort is one of the biggest setbacks for the majority of the population.</p>
<p>As a society <a href="https://www.fearlessmotivation.com/2016/01/13/get-out-of-your-comfort-zone-motivational-speech/"><span style="color: #3366ff;">we’re conditioned to seek comfort</span></a>. We want to be in a comfortable car, we want to live in a comfortable house, we want comfortable clothes, we want a comfortable bed, we want a comfortable income,</p>
<p>People don’t… we’re so told that that is the kind of benchmark for how to live our lives (in comfort) that as soon as discomfort arises&#8230; we just fall.</p>
<p>And if you watch it you can see it when someone has that ability to kind of deal with discomfort and when they draw back.</p>
<p>By discomfort, I don’t just mean physical pain, I mean that kind of emotional and mental setback.</p>

<h2><em>There are so many people that you see as soon as.. you know, maybe they set themselves a goal that’s a little bit too ambitious and they’re not quite gonna hit that goal</em><br />
<em> and you just watch them come up with excuses, or stray their path, or change their goal&#8230; they kind of deviate away from it.</em></h2>

<p>That’s discomfort. Not reaching what you set out to reach. Not reaching your goals. That’s a form of emotional and mental discomfort. Whether you can deal with that and then keep pushing through&#8230; that’s what sets people apart.</p>
<p>And I think that, yes, I’ve just my whole life been so ok with being uncomfortable, that that’s something that’s really kind of carried over into I guess any success that I have had.</p>

<h2><em>If you&#8217;ve got a goal and you think you know why you want to reach that goal, your power behind how badly you want to reach that goal has to match the difficulty of the goal.</em></h2>

<p>To really understand why you want something as well takes really deep levels of introspection.</p>
<p>On the surface you might think it’s a noble pursuit, but it may be because you want fame and fortune. If you want it that bad let that be a driving force but you&#8217;ve got to have that self awareness that understanding of yourself to be honest enough to get to that kind of based base reason why you want something, or it’s gonna be to hard to stay the course.</p>

<p>Out of a million different fitness trends of the 21<sup>st</sup> century, Crossfit has stood the test of time. After more than ten years it is consistently gaining popularity and has no signs of stopping. Everyone has heard of it, but what is Crossfit exactly?</p>
<p>The official definition is <a href="https://www.crossfit.com/what-is-crossfit" target="_blank">“<em>constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity</em>”</a>. In more simple words, this training method combines gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, and athletics, among other disciplines, to make you a well-rounded, fit and functional human being. Basically, the idea of Crossfit is not to specialize in one type of activity, but to <a href="http://www.fearlessmotivation.com/2016/03/11/everyday-workout-routine-stay-motivated/">improve the body</a> in such a way that it would be prepared for all kinds of physical feats.</p>
<p>People seem to like this approach to training, as Crossfit gyms or “boxes” started to spread like fire all over the globe. The sport’s popularity increased rapidly with global coverage of the Crossfit Games. Right now, there are several thousand facilities in the world, offering quality socializing time and a <strong>hell of a workout.</strong></p>
<p>If you’re a person who doesn’t have the time, doesn’t wish to join a Crossfit box or someone who simply prefers working out alone, we have good news for you. <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Crossfit workouts at home are a real thing</span>. With little to no equipment, you can have a <a href="http://www.fearlessmotivation.com/2016/04/05/home-workout/">killer workout without leaving your home</a>. You can measure your results with thousands of others online, and be a part of the community without going to the gym. How simple, and amazing is that!</p>

<p>To begin, you need to get familiar with some Crossfit terminology.</p>

You paid for a full-time gym membership, and you have never been so keen on keeping yourself fit. You can feel all of the benefits that exercising brings, but there is still something missing.</p>
<p>I have had the same problem so I can easily identify it.</p>
<h2><strong>You shouldn’t exercise because you have to but because you <em>want</em> to.</strong></h2>
<p>The greatest danger of having an everyday workout routine is not an injury, although it might seem that it is the leading cause of abandoned training programs. The biggest danger is monotony.</p>
<p>You have yourself a training program according to your desires and capabilities, and you are supposed to stick with it until it gets done. Try your best to evade this kind of negative thinking as it is the main culprit for all those broken promises and unfulfilled New Year’s resolutions.</p>
<p>There is nothing worse than to fall into repetitiveness and to start doing your workout as another one of your daily chores. Fortunately, there is a way to mix it up and stay motivated.</p>
<h2>If you would like to step up your workout routine, consider these five simple tips that will bring out your A game.</h2>
<h1>1. Find someone to train with</h1>

<p>Exercising alone was actually my problem because of my work schedule that shifted constantly preventing me to plan working out with one of my friends. Going to the gym alone day after day made me lose motivation and the will to keep on going.</p>
<p>If you think you have the same problem, try finding a workout partner in the gym. Be friendly and positive, because you wouldn&#8217;t believe how many people are willing to help or to give you a piece of useful advice. Who knows, maybe you’ll even be that person for someone else.</p>

There is nothing wrong in following a useful tip, but we all have different bodies and not all of us are exercising to compete at the highest level.</p>
<p>If you research a bit, you&#8217;ll see that even a simple exercise like push-ups has a lot of variations. Find the variation that suits you the most. Or, better yet, try them all out over a period of time. Soon, you&#8217;ll find out that working out is not about the end results, it&#8217;s about the journey of self-improvement.</p>

<p>Progress, dedication, success – it’s all inside your mind. Think big and you will accomplish big.</p>
