If you are not committed today, to be better than you were yesterday, that must mean you are happy with AVERAGE, and i know none of you are happy with average.
Average is not for you, and average will not be you.

If you are already good level you can not do the same things at the same intensity week in and week out, and expect improved results.
You have to push yourself to new levels of discomfort for your body to change and improve.

The same is true for anything in life.
If you want to take all areas of your life to the next level – 
EVERY SINGLE DAY you must be BETTER THAN YESTERDAY

You might already be at a good level. You might be at a great level, but you must understand there is ALWAYS another level!

You have to always raise the bar. First you set the standard, then you raise the bar.

You can not do the same things at the same intensity week in and week out, and expect improved results.
The world doesn’t work like that!
You give more and you get more!
You must understand, that despite perceived limitations you can always raise the bar in your life!

Set the standard… then raise the bar!
And there are no excuses!

“this person wronged me in the past, and that’s why I’m not where i want to be”

The PAST drags them down, beats the life out of them continuously day in day out.

 They don’t take responsibility, they don’t believe in FUTURE because they are stuck in the PAST, 
so their PAST repeats itself in the future….
OVER and OVER again…

The successful one however thinks ONLY in THE NOW and into the FUTURE

.
THEY SET GOALS INTO THE FUTURE. 
Clear targets to push them forward… 
To light their fire within and give them PASSION for living.
THEY VISUALISE THE RESULTS coming to reality into the future…

They see the FUTURE reward, not the initial struggle to bring it to life.

Time is all we have, this moment, right now.

There’s only one thing in our lives we’re not able to reacquire once it’s gone, and i’m not talking about money, i’m not talking about material items, i’m talking about time.
And it’s such a unique concept, unique idea, because when utilized correctly it contains within it the ingredients to success, to happiness, to growth and prosperity – all the things we want.
But at the very same time, if neglected, it leaves us with very little.

Because the truth is every morning when you wake up, you are living minutes you will never get back. You are breathing in air you will never take in again.
It’s your one opportunity to embrace this gift – And every second sees a little of it slip away. And my point is that there is no moment more important, more perfect than right now.
Not in a week, not after your promotion, not in 30 years when you plan to retire and relax – right now.

See, we have this mentality that the future is going to somehow mean more than the present.
That, if we suffer now, or if we are unhappy now, that we will save the best in life for “some other time”.
But the reality is we don’t get younger. Yes we should be working hard, absolutely.
Success comes from effort, dedication, persistence. But the key is: allocate your precious time to the work, to the things that make you feel like TODAY is powerful. That RIGHT NOW is so amazing you don’t want it to end.

Today is when you take the first step toward the things you want, when you become who YOU want to become.
No one is ever or will ever keep you from that, other than yourself.

There is no ceiling, there are no limitations, there is no special requirement.
There is YOU and what YOU allow yourself to accomplish. You are the gatekeeper, you have your foot on the gas pedal.

And, it’s so easy to point to other right? To point to our environment, to blame things on everything, but out own decision.
Our decision to stick to the status quo. Because, believe it or not, it’s that simple.

You are where you are because that’s where you’ve decided to be, and you’ve accepted that as OK.
Look, if you want change, then manufacture change. Create a plan and MOVE, GO, transform. Step out of your head, and into the real world.

Think about how lucky we are. To be alive in this day in age, with access to all the information we could ever dream of. Technology that enables growth, the freedom to pursue any path that looks appealing.
Anything we could ever want is right in front of us, yet we don’t embrace it, why? Why on earth would we let that be?

Nothing makes us feel more energized, more free, more happy, then following the path we were meant to take.
It’s having the courage to step over the obstacles, to face the challenges, to be uncomfortable, and at the beginning it’s tough. Right, change is tough, getting what you want is not easy.
There’s a period of struggle, of growth, but once you get through it – you understand what LIVING really is.
Which brings us right back to the concept of TIME. Our small existence on this planet. The greatest gift a human being could receive. You, by default have it. Don’t ever let it be in vain.

The future isn’t when happiness “someday” occurs. It’s a continuation of you living every moment to the fullest. From now until your last.
Make every trip around the sun better than the previous.
Never let a moment of sunshine, clouds or rain deprive you of your gift.

Live the life you were meant to live.
All it takes is a simple decision.

When you wake up every morning – What drives you?

If you want to live a life of success,
 a life of complete success, happiness and fulfilment, you MUST find your PURPOSE.
You see if you don’t know what your purpose is, if you don’t know what DRIVES you, what INSPIRES you, then you have NO REASON to improve your life.
How can you improve your life if you have no REASON to improve it?

Why do you do what you do? WHY DO YOU DO WHAT YOU DO?
What’s the reason? Why do you exist?

Do you know what it takes to be great?
Are you willing to go the extra mile?
I tell you time and time again. You will get tired. But if you have a WHY – it will give you that extra STRENGTH. That extra foot you need. That extra HOUR you need. The courage.

Why are you different from everyone else that’s trying to do the same thing you’re doing?
What makes you stand out? Why are you so important!?

FIND YOUR WHY!
Your why will pull you up when you feel like you don’t have the strength to get up anymore.
Your why will keep you fighting when everyone else thinks you are out for the count.
WHY. Who are you fighting for? What drives you?

IS YOUR PURPOSE YOUR FAMILY? Is it to prove the doubters wrong? Is it to prove yourself right?
What is your PURPOSE?
Write down your purpose. Carry it with you everywhere. FEEL IT DEEP and promise yourself everyday you WILL live out your purpose with ZERO EXCUSES!

Somebody’s waiting for you to mess up. Somebody is waiting for you to give up. Someone is waiting for you to fall.

So when you are challenged by life, what are you going to do?
When you feel like you are at your lowest point in life, will you throw in the towel? Or will you make the moves – to be successful?

Don’t look back. Just remember where you came from. And let that drive push you to go forward.

It’s not always going to be an easy road, and when you reach success, you won’t take it for granted.
You will cherish those moments you had to go through, those moments you were without. And when you fall down – GET BACK UP. Dust yourself off.

You need to find something that drives you.
 Something that… NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS:
 This part of you does not change.
This DRIVE in you does not change.
 This PURPOSE never dies.
No matter how many times life knocks you down
, your PURPOSE pulls you up EVERY TIME.
“This is the REASON I will FIGHT FOR MY DREAMS”
 “THIS is the reason I will NOT take NO for an answer!”
 “This is the reason I will do WHATEVER IT TAKES”

When it hurts – KEEP GOING. Those cloudy days, those storms – they’re telling you to keep going.

Those times in your life, when you can’t see how you’re going to make it.
Some things you can’t change, you just have to live with. But if you do have a choice MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE

Your purpose is that one thing that LIGHTS YOU UP. 

It’s that one thing that will GET YOU UP EARLY.
 That one thing, when you’re doing it, TIME STOPS.
Your purpose may be something you DON’T want. 
It may be seeing someone in your past and thinking:
 NO MATTER WHAT I WILL ENSURE I NEVER END UP LIKE THAT.

Your purpose is ALWAYS something that lights a fire in you.
“I WILL DO THIS. NO MATTER WHAT”

You see, no one on this earth is EXEMPT from hard times.
We all suffer set backs…
WE ALL have challenging events arrive in our lives that we have NO CONTROL OVER…
But the difference in the quality of life we live, 
is HOW we respond to those events.
 Do we show character in tough times?!
 Or do we crumble.

Mike Tyson once said everyone has a plan, until they get punched in the mouth!
And i’m telling you guys, that is how most of you live.
Everything is just fine, 
until LIFE punches you in the mouth!

Everyone shows great character, 
until something goes wrong!
Are you going to show your character when life punches you in the mouth?
Will you get back up, will you FIGHT BACK
WHAT ARE YOU MADE OF?
Will you be strong, or will you be out for the count.
Give up like the majority, or SHOW CHARACTER like the minority!
You need to work on your character, NO ONE is handed down character, you don’t get it for your birthday or christmas. 

You get it by working on yourself EVERY SINGLE DAY!
You get it by remaining strong in the HARD TIMES
You get it by STICKING. IT. OUT.

The truth is that life punches all of us, 
the sad part is the majority choose to stay down. 
They choose to GIVE UP ON LIFE. 
Give up on living their dream.
NEVER GIVE UP! Show your character, show me what you are made of!
PREVAIL – Even when no one believes you can. 
Even when you have no right to BELIVE things will turn around
 – TRUST Things will turn around!

When you are going through a hard time remind yourself

Because YOU are different!

YOU will NEVER GIVE UP on your DREAM! YOU will NOT listen to the AVERAGE!
YOU WILL ALWAYS listen to the winner in you!
You WILL believe in yourself when NO ONE ELSE DOES. YOU WILL believe in yourself when you have NO REASON to believe!… and you WILL NEVER QUIT!

They do NOT die wondering what might have been.
Sure, they may fail, in-fact they will most likely fail more than the average person, but they keep going, they keep taking massive action because they know CONSISTENT ACTION breeds SUCCESS

You don’t want to live a life where you’re all talk and no action.
See, people say it all the time: “Talk is cheap”
I’ve heard people say: “You know what, you can have what you say” Which one is true?
You see i believe talk is cheap if you don’t have action
I believe you CAN have what you say, but you have to have ACTION.
In fact faith, without works is dead.

The only way YOUR DREAM can become YOUR REALITY is you have to have ACTION
Talking alone will not make your dream a reality

You will never live your dream life by talking about it. 
BUT, you might just live your dream life by taking massive action toward it.
The talkers are almost always the non-achievers. 
Talk is cheap. Don’t be a talker, be a worker!

Like Martin said: you just need to take the first step.
Often times the hardest part is to get started, but once you give yourself that push, you will get going.
If you dive in the deep end you have to start swimming. 
Throw yourself in the deep end of life and push yourself to reach the top.

When times are tough and things go wrong DO NOT stop taking action.
Double or triple your efforts if needed. Do whatever it takes, and be a person of ACTION.

Will you decide to be a LION or a SHEEP, a LEADER or a FOLLOWER, an ACTION TAKER or PROCRASTINATOR!
Remember, it is ok to be a dreamer, but it is better to be a PLANNER, and a WORKER!

Until your dream becomes the TRUTH!
You might be discouraged, you’re thinking about quitting: “I tried and it didn’t work, i’m tired”
Let me tell you something:
You better renew your strength! You better get your hope back, you better get your smile back, you need to get your mojo back
Because NO ONE can stop YOU but YOU

Now it’s time for you to get out of bed! Now it’s time for you to RISE UP, now it’s time for you to GET UP, now it’s time for you to stay up late
Now it’s time for you to get focused, now it’s time for you to get committed and you MUST TAKE ACTION!

Opportunities will never present themselves to those that have lost hope.
