When I was in my best shape 3 years ago I did daily one meal a day.
I had average count of +30k steps and still felt amazing and energized.
But
Once you make an exception, and eat unhealthy foods void of good nutrition too many days in a row…the energy falls down like crazy, you get constant urges and binge eating is not far away!
I just re-started an temporary OMAD Program for building up my self-discipline and therefore many of your #KickAssMotivationalTracks help me out for starting strong with this commitment!
Great method
thank you for sharing
Marcello,
cravings come when you eat carbs and sugar
You can eat a more satisfying meal when eating once per day.
Hey Mike great job…maybe consider and check into cooking on aluminum foil. Aluminum is VERY unhealthy and leeches into your food…blessings
