Pressure separates the champions from the contenders. The first… from second. Pressure separates the greatest… from the great.
Most people crumble under pressure. Winners THRIVE UNDER PRESSURE.
Without pressure there would be no diamonds… and without pressure there would be no greats. Pressure brings the GREATEST among us into the light. Without challenges you would never GROW.
Don’t you get it! CHALLENGES STRENGTHEN YOU! Competition makes you better! Set backs make you wiser!
FACE YOUR CHALLENGES!
Listen to me… there’s a saying you should burn into your brain:
“If you are searching for that ONE person who will change your life forever…
LOOK IN THE MIRROR.”
LOOK IN THE MIRROR…
That is the only person that is going to save you… or ruin you.
YOU are the only soul on this earth that is going to determine your worth.
YOU are the only one who has the power to decide if you will EXCEED YOUR POTENTIAL or fall short of your potential.
So when those tough moments come… when everything is hard… when you are stressed… when you’re under immense pressure… and you feel like you can’t take it anymore….
LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND KNOW YOU CAN!
You can take one more punch! LIFE isn’t going to keep you down that easy! You have MORE INSIDE YOU!! YOU HAVE FIGHT INSIDE YOU!!! YOU HAVE MORE!… and you CAN get yourself out of this situation if you DECIDE YOU MUST!
Learn how. Learn… then APPLY! Learn from those who have been there before!
Keep pressing forward by taking consistent ACTION.
Push back! Eventually your problems will give up if you keep pushing forward!
Without pressure there is no GREATNESS! IF YOU HIDE FROM CHALLENGES YOU WILL NEVER KNOW YOUR TRUE POTENTIAL!
YOU MUST RESIST THE PRESSURE! RESIST THE URGE TO QUIT! RESIST THE TEMPTATIONS!
RESIST THE URGE TO TAKE THE EASY ROAD!
FACE THE CHALLENGE HEAD ON AND DECLARE…
“I WILL NOT BACK DOWN!
NOT THIS TIME!
NEVER AGAIN!
THE NEW ME WILL DIE BEFORE GIVING UP!”
You are strong enough to get through whatever you’re facing!
FACE IT! Develop that mental strength. Keep getting up, every time you are knocked to the ground by life.
BE RELENTLESS in the pursuit of your goals.
IF YOU WANT TO BE A DIAMOND YOU’VE GOT TO SURVIVE THE PRESSURE LIKE A DIAMOND! If you want to be RARE… you have to do something RARE… and that is REFUSE TO QUIT until you reach the life you MUST HAVE! THAT IS RARE! That is diamond quality!
You have to face the pressure! Stand strong through the pressure! And once you go through all of that… then you’ve earned the right to shine.
There’s only 2 ways to escape your challenges: The first is to change the circumstances created the challenge. The second is to change the person dealing with the challenge.
CHANGE YOUR MINDSET and you can FACE ANY CHALLENGE. Have the courage to FACE IT and you can OVERCOME IT.
Pressure causes most people to BREAK! The heavy weight of expectation causes cracks in the minds of the weak… but it strengthens the strong.
Just like in the gym… RESISTANCE strengthens those who push through the challenge… RESISTANCE strengthens those who feel the pain AND PUSH PAST IT!!!
It’s perseverance!
That’s the difference between the top and bottom.
First and second.
Failure or achievement.
PRIDE or DISAPPOINTMENT.
When times get tough do you quit… or do you keep going?
I KEEP GOING! I PERSEVERE! I REFUSE TO STOP UNTIL I REACH MY GOAL!
You’ve gotta persevere! If you really want it: YOU WILL!
PERSISTENCE BEATS PRESSURE. PERSEVERANCE BEATS PRESSURE. PREPARATION BEATS PRESSURE.
That’s why not many overcome the pressure. Most people don’t PERSIST
Most people aren’t PREPARED.
Mentally, emotionally, in any sense.
Most people won’t PERSEVERE. Most people quit!
You’re not most people.
PREPARE YOUR MIND with self work! PERSIST when challenges appear! PERSEVERE! When they refuse to leave… PERSEVERE until you WIN!
Understand this: NO PRESSURE… NO DIAMONDS. No struggle… No strength. No challenges… No greatness. GROW through your challenges… PUSH THROUGH THE PRESSURE. Earn Your greatness!
