Success can be a lonely road. 

It can be a tough road. It can be a hard road.

It’s certainly not for everyone… Those who follow others like sheep will never know who they truly are. Only those who follow their own path can discover the truth of their own potential.

Those who fly alone have the strongest wings.

Those who walk alone have the strongest direction.


The rest will always be IN NEED of others for their survival.
They will always need attention.
Need recognition.
To survive.

I am at peace alone. Needing no attention. No recognition. And still I thrive.

I am not saying those who have support are weak. I am not saying you must go it alone to gain strength. This is just for those that have fought battles alone, those who have felt like they don’t fit it, those who have never had support, in anything they do.

All of those who feel no one believes in them… You don’t need them to believe in you if YOU believe in you.

 You don’t need their support if you’ve got your own back.

The best part is, when you truly live the life you want to live… 
When you speak your truth… When you embrace who you are… Then you gain real respect, and real love. 


People love those who have the GUTS to be themselves. Those who have the courage to follow their heart.
 Why? It’s RARE. 
Why? Because most people wish they could do the same.

 Show them the way.

 KEEP GOING. 
BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.



It will all come good in the end, and when it does, you won’t have only inspired yourself to be more, you will have inspired so many others.






I had to learn to fight alone 
and because of that I am strong alone
.

I am strong. Full stop.

I developed inner strength 
that can’t be broken. 
I am unbreakable.

Because of the pain, 
I am strong.

 Because of the struggle
 I have character most will never know.



I appreciate others more than ever. 
I have more compassion than ever.

I had to go deep into the darkness… 
Now I have more depth
. Now I can see clearer.


I had to face huge internal challenges
… Now I can face any challenge. 
I will destroy every challenge.



I am proud of who I have become. 
I am proud I have OVERCOME. 
I am proud I KEPT GOING! 
I am proud of WHO I AM. 
Who I’ve BECOME. 

I am proud I stayed true to myself.
 Because now I can live, as myself.
 With respect from others
 and most important
: PRIDE and RESPECT
 from myself.

It has been said that on average, every adult makes around 35,000 choices every single day.

Yes, you heard that right, you make 35,000 choices on average, every single day. 

Many of these decisions are conscious and some are unconscious or automated based on your conditioning and habits formed over your entire life span.

These decisions can vary from meaningless choices,
 like which socks to wear in the morning,
 to life changing choices… like entering a relationship, leaving a relationship,
 starting a business,
 or MAKING A DECISION to commit to something that you know will change everything for you.

35,000 choices every single day.
 35,000 times you can decide to make your future better than your past. 
35,000 times you get to set the standard for your life.



It’s the choices we make every day that determine who we will become, and HOW we live.



George Bernard Shaw once said:


“Life isn’t about finding yourself, life is about CREATING yourself”



You create your life by the choices you make every single day. 

The difference between a GREAT life, and a mediocre one, is based on how many choices you make every day that are DELIBERATE…

How many choices do you make every day that are BRAVE?

How many are taking you in the direction of the life you want?



What if you every decision you made was powerful?

 What if you were CONSCIOUS of your decision making more often?

 Can you imagine what a different life you would have in 1,5,10 years time? If EVERY DECISION you made was on purpose?

What HAPPENS does not control my life. 
What I DECIDE to do with what happens controls my life. 
MY CHOICES control my life. 
MY DECISIONS! 
MY ACTIONS!



I DECIDE if I will pick up the phone and make that call. 
I DECIDE if I won’t.
 I must face the consequences of both decisions. 

I DECIDE if I’ll commit to my diet. 
I DECIDE if I won’t. 
I must face the consequences of both decisions.

I DECIDE if I will quit at the first sign of struggle, 
but I ALSO DECIDE IF I WON’T! 
I DECIDE if I will REFUSE TO SETTLE.

DECIDE to say NO! 
NEVER AGAIN will I accept this life.

I AM MORE THAN THIS! 
I DESERVE MORE!

 That is a decision.
 DECLARING I AM MORE is a decision! 
It is me deciding that I CONTROL my life! 

I DO CONTROL MY LIFE! 

I COMMIT to becoming the greatest version of myself!
 I CHOOSE to be more! 
I CHOOSE to live a BIG LIFE… 
Not hide in the shadows.
 NOT blend in with the background.
 I CHOOSE MY LIFE TO BE MORE!

Think about the compound effect of money.
 If you invest money into a high-interest return account, over time, you receive compound interest, that is, interest on top of your interest. 

This process is also true for the choices you make every day.

 Good choices and bad choices. 

We all know how quickly life can spiral out of control if we make many bad decisions. 
A bad relationship, a bad investment, a bad choice of people to associate with.

But this is also the case with GOOD CHOICES. If you are conscious and making powerful decisions every day, those choices lead to better opportunities, better results, and they compound on each other to bring you a better life. 

It really can be that basic.
 It can be that simple. 

It’s not easy.



It takes character that most don’t have, to live a life most will never know.

I believe you all have that character… but it is up to you if you will USE that character to change your life. To create the best version of yourself.

DECIDE today to make better use of your 35,000 choices. 
DECIDE to say NO!
 No to average! 
NO to playing small!

 DECIDE you are more than what you have given the world so far, and COMMIT to get some compound growth in your life. 

You deserve that.

They might say you’re weird. Strange. Not normal. An outcast. They might say you don’t fit in.

You might even feel like one or all of those things… And if you do… Good!

Do you really want to be like the rest? Like the majority of human beings who act like sheep.

Sheep who fall into line. Sheep who conform to the expectations of society and therefor will always be limited in their thinking and RESULTS, like all of those they surround themselves with.

Do you really want to be like the sheep who believe in limitations?

Like the sheep who follow the path they are told to follow, when walking their own, while hard, would have lead to their true purpose in life.

Do you want to be like the sheep who play a role in order to satisfy other people’s expectations, meanwhile their own dreams slowly die with them.

I don’t know about you, but if the price I have to pay for following my own purpose is to be labeled weird … I will take weird.

I’ll take weird over average.
I’ll take weird over ordinary.
I’ll take weird over settling for a life less than my potential.

They’ll call you weird now, but later they will ask you how you did it.

They’ll say you don’t fit in now, but later they’ll want to fit in with you.

They might look down on you now, but later they’ll look up to you…
… For you had the courage they lacked, the courage to speak your truth. The courage to follow your path… even when it was unpopular.

What is rare on this earth is a great human being who was considered normal in the beginning. All the greatest minds were considered crazy, weird, unpopular at some stage…

but you know what?… They kept following that path. Even when it was dark. Even when there was no one walking beside them. Even when they couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. They kept walking… They kept following their truth… And that is why they are now admired by the world. The world that once couldn’t understand them, so gave them a label… weird, crazy.

You, weird one… You crazy one… You who doesn’t fit in…
Keep following that path.
One day it will all make sense… one day it will pay off. 

Just keep going…

They are right…
 It is impossible… For them.

They do not define me. I DEFINE ME.

They do not set the standards. I SET MY OWN STANDARDS.

They can not impose limits. I HAVE NO LIMITS.

They can not control how I feel. I DECIDE HOW I FEEL.
I DECIDE HOW I REACT.
I DECIDE HOW I RESPOND.
TO EVERY EVENT.
EVERY SITUATION.
EVERY SET BACK.
EVERY CHALLENGE.

It’s ME vs ME

I alone decide who I will become.

They can judge. They can assume. They can point the finger. Their judgements are ignored. 
Their assumptions aren’t welcome.

 Their finger will point to a destination I’m not going.
 I’m only headed in one direction… and that is to the TOP!
 TO GROWTH!

My focus is not on their OPINION. 
My focus is on what I CAN DO. 
My focus is on what I WILL DO!

They can’t stop me I AM UNSTOPPABLE!

They can’t limit me I AM LIMITLESS.

They can’t define me. I AM UNDEFINABLE.

They can label me.
 But I rip those labels off.

I DECIDE who I will become, and no one else!

They’ll always be a step behind me, because their focus is on me.
 My focus is on my own path.



MY PAST CAN REMIND ME. 
BUT IT WON’T DEFINE ME!

OTHERS CAN GUIDE ME. 
THEY CAN WALK BESIDE ME. 
BUT THEY WILL NOT DEFINE ME!

THEY WILL NOT LIMIT ME!
 THEY WILL NOT STOP ME! 
OR EVEN SLOW ME.

MY MISTAKES GUIDE ME
. THEY DO NOT DEFINE ME!
 THEY ARE LESSONS. NOT SENTENCES!

LESSONS TO LEARN
. LESSONS TO GROW. 
LESSONS TO BETTER
. BETTER WHO I WAS. 
BECAUSE WHO I AM
 IS MUCH BIGGER
 AND WHO I WILL BE
 IS IN MY HANDS.

My judgement is reserved for myself. 

My life will be defined by MY WORK
 by my EFFORT

Perhaps the thing that leads most of us down the wrong path is the feeling that the FUTURE will not be better than the PAST.

If you have no FUTURE vision, you are not living your fullest life. 
If you are LOADED with hope and passion for what is to come, chances are you are living close to your happiest, most fulfilled life.

Everyone needs a compelling future.

 Think about it…

If you don’t believe your future CAN BE better than your past – you won’t even want to get up out of bed each morning – and most people don’t.

But if you KNOW, which you should, that your FUTURE can be much better than your PAST, and not only that, it can and SHOULD be a life full of magic, miracles and GROWTH, then – then my friend, you will jump out of bed every day ready to attack the day, ready to attack your goals, ready TO LIVE this day fully.

Which life do you want?

I CHOOSE to create my FUTURE, not be ruled by my past.

One of the worst beliefs you can have in life, is to believe that the FUTURE will not be better than the past. 

You CAN NOT be living anywhere near the life you deserve, if you believe your BEST is behind you.

If you only changed your belief, from thinking your best days are behind you, to KNOWING your best days are yet to come… 
This is all you would need to make a huge shift in your life.

A compelling future is created with GOALS. 
Not just any old goals, 
but goals that get us excited for our future. 
GOALS that push us to become MORE than who we were in our past.

A compelling future is created with CONTRIBUTION. 
When our life is more about serving others than serving ourself, it takes on so much more meaning, so much more power and DRIVES us to achieve so much more.

A compelling future is created with GROWTH.
 When we focus on GROWING, in all areas of our life, we always have something to look forward to.

Create your own compelling future through DETAILED GOALS, by DECIDING, RIGHT THIS VERY MOMENT that NO MATTER WHAT has happened in your past… No matter where you are RIGHT NOW… There is ONLY ONE PERSON who will decide where you are going, and how you will LIVE until you get there…That person is YOU.

Most of this generation quits the second they get talked to… ‘You did this wrong’, or ‘you did this wrong’ or they get yelled at.

It’s so easy to be great nowadays, because everybody else is, most people are weak. This is a softened generation. So if you have any mental toughness, any ability, if you have any fraction of self discipline… the ability to not want to do it, but still do it… If you can get through to doing things that you hate to do on the other side is greatness. – David Goggins

`What is it with our society… We are creating weak individuals. Individuals that can’t handle anything going wrong in their life.

As soon as something goes wrong… they are given a prescription. Not to FIX the problem, to MASK the problem.

How about giving strategies to strengthen the mind?

How about saying, ok, you’ve allowed your life to get to this point… now take responsibility… and dive deep into personal development. LEARN why you feel this way – not because of the event – the scientific facts about why you feel the way you do, and what you can do to strengthen it.

The moment they are critized – rather than take any of it on board, rather than prove any of those people wrong – they give up, they attempt to defend the crtisism with useless talk, but never with definitive action.

The moment they are challenged they crumble.

The moment things get hard they declare defeat “it must not be for me”… “It was their fault, if they didn’t do this or treat me like this, or say this” then I would have made it.

No. You’re just soft. You’re weak.

Tell yourself the truth.

Because until you do that. Until you look in the mirror and acknowledge that YOU are the problem, you’ll never be able to grow into the person that is capable of achieving all those things you want.

YOU are the problem. The ONLY problem. Your mindset is the problem. Your attitude is the problem. It is no one else’s fault! It’s yours!

If you want the good news: you are also the SOLUTION. You and only you. If you have character – That statement will change your life, if you have no character you’ll remain an average, complaining hater, like most other people.

You are your only problem and YOU are the only solution.

Sure, big things happen. Tragic loss, things which no one would deserve. I’m not talking about those things, I’m taking about the people who are one job loss away from a break down. One relationship break up away from depression. One argument ruins their entire week. Come on people… this is not how to live.

Even with the big stuff – if you have perspective – if you know who you are… if you really, REALLY appreciate everything you do have and BELIEVE everything is as it should be, all of those big things can be handled much better.

Knowing your loved one would want you to be happy and move on. Knowing that living in pain and holding on to resentment – is letting that person who did you wrong win – but letting go and LIVING your life, LOVING your life – that is you saying I WON! That is you saying I WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO OWN ANY! ANY PIECE OF MY MIND AND SPIRIT.

That is true courage and mental strength.

And I’m not saying avoid pain. Pain, suffering, failures – they are all a part of EVERY single persons life. There’s varying levels of pain for sure, some suffer more than others, but we all suffer at some level.

Some choose, consciously or unconsciously, to live in that pain, and some DECIDE to move on. You deserve to move on.

Mental strength comes from those struggles, it is formed from pain, it is increased when you REFUSE to give up at times when most others would.

It grows when you KEEP GOING when things seem impossible. It grows when you PUSH ONE MORE time past what you thought was your limit. It grows with consistency!

That is mental strength!

EXCUSES are for weak individuals. Individuals who have no heart.

Take responsibility for where you are now, and COMMIT to do something, anything, whatever it takes to make sure your FUTURE is better. 

You do have the choice. You can make excuses and stay where you are, or get worse. Or, you can take responsibility, take action, and get where you need to go, where you DESERVE to go.

If you want to use a great person to measure where you are in life and where you can be, sure, there’s not a lot wrong with that. But don’t be attached to the result.

The only result you should be attached to, is the result of you being better than you were yesterday, last week, last month, 1 year ago.

Set your own goals based on what you want to achieve, not what the next door neighbor has, or the need to outdo a friend or family member.

Everyone is different and everyone can WIN!
You will never win if you have your eyes on another person.

You win your race by focusing on your own finish line.

You win in life by being happy for others winning their race, and you giving your heart and soul to win your own race

It’s you vs you. The battle is won or lost in your own mind.

Comparing yourself to another is an insult to who YOU ARE.

It’s an insult to who you’re going to be.

You are better than that.
You are UNIQUE – and that will ALWAYS be your greatest power, that will always be what separates you from the rest.

So be YOU. Focus on YOU. Focus on growing you. Developing you. Mastering our strengths. WINNING YOUR OWN RACE.

If others win their race, great. WE ARE ALL HERE TO WIN! And the moment you support others, support will come back to you.

Don’t go out to prove them wrong.
Get out there and prove yourself right!

So many people listen to great advice from great teachers… they listen to great material…

 they read books from the best coaches and most successful people in the world… but they get little or no results.

They wonder why, after all this reading and listening… nothing happens… 

But some other people listen and achieve huge life changing shifts… Why? I’ll tell you why. I’ll tell you why some get results and some don’t.

It’s what happens AFTER they turn the audio off. It’s what happens AFTER they put the book down. AFTER the coach goes home. AFTER the speech has ended. 

It’s what happens WHEN NO ONE IS WATCHING. That’s when it counts.

When you LISTEN… LEARN.

These teachings, books and speeches are NOT made to ONLY get you pumped up for 5 minutes while you listen to them. They are designed to SHARPEN YOUR MIND.

 To CREATE A MINDSET that is prepared to WORK. To create a HABIT of putting in the hard yards.

You must listen to successful people to LEARN MORE – but that learning doesn’t mean ANYTHING if you don’t APPLY what you have learned.

It’s what you do AFTER you have learned that counts.

 After the coaching session. After the master has left. AFTER the training session

Are you willing to put in the work behind closed doors?

 Are you willing to CONTINUE the pursuit of more knowledge – AFTER the course has ended? 

AFTER the motivational video has ended? AFTER your training partner has given up?

Or will you be like the majority… And just step back into average. Go about your average day. At your average job.

 And then go to your average home where you will turn on the tv and watch average shows…

Turn that crap off and READ something. LISTEN to something and then APPLY that something!

LISTEN AND LISTEN REAL CLOSE

… Your SUCCESS will be determined by what you do WHEN NO ONE IS WATCHING.

 Let me repeat that.

 The level of success you will achieve will be determined by the WORK YOU PUT IN when no one is watching. By the work you put in when you’re tired.

 By the WORK you put in when you don’t feel like it.
